The first time I had them done, I was back within 48 hours- they had fallen out in clumps- that stylist is no longer there. Ari fixed them right up- it was complimentary. I started to see Ari and Sam (depending on who was available) and both were very professional and did a great job, but right before my wedding, neither were available and Robyn was recommended to me and I've been with her since. Robyn's technique I think is a little bit different- she does refills in 30 minutes (the others would take a full hour) and my lashes LAST. I was going to stop getting my lashes done after my wedding but I really love the classic lash look, they're easy to maintain (I was really worried because I'm tough on my lashes when I'm scrubbing my makeup off at night), and because Robyn gets them done in half the time it's easy to pop over. A few tips- book WELL in advance for the good lash stylists...they're crazy booked up. I just recently learned to start booking 2 months out at a time (this is excessive but I need later evenings and I know schedules change for the stylists!). Always wash your face before your appointment. As soon as you arrive you'll be sent to the bathroom (Clean face or not) to wash your lashes- honestly it's a little hard to do with just the paper towel back there and it makes it a little easier if you've pre-washed. Bring your headphones and put on a good podcast- every stylist I've worked with lets me relax and just literally shut my eyes, so it's nice to have something to listen to.

The stylist I was reassigned to was not Master-level, and there appeared to be an unusually high turnover rate overall. Due to the inconsistency and decline in service, I made the decision to cancel my membership. Despite canceling, my membership was not properly terminated, and I was charged again. When I contacted the PV location regarding the billing error, they refused to refund the charge. This was extremely disappointing. Had the situation been handled professionally with a refund, I would have considered returning in the future or referring others. Instead, the lack of accountability and poor customer service -- particularly at the PV location -- has ensured that I will not return and will give a negative review everywhere I can. I was told I would NOT be getting a refund and could talk to nobody else about my experience at PV or Desert Ridge.
