Although we encountered nice staff and 3 very nice LNA/OT members (Judy, Justin, & Catherine), in general the Edgewood nursing team seemed to be very short-handed, too busy to answer patients, and a bit gruff. Pressing the call button would result in a 30-60 minute wait, leaving patients waiting for things like pain response and trips to and from the toilet. PT/OT is not very long or vigorous and my parent lost progress that had been gained at acute rehab. We will not return.
