My girls and I just had a terrible experience. I brought my three teenage daughters to get their nails done. One of my daughters got her nails done and the technician used the wrong color. Another one of my daughters asked for Luminari, but as I walked by to check on them, I noticed he was using acrylic. The was frustrating because at the very beginning, I was very clear about what they wanted to get done. This mistake caused extra time that we just didn't have. I got Luminari on my nails, but they ended up being bumpy and shaped super square. I asked the person who did my nails to make them more narrow, so she sort of did that, but you could tell that she was so annoyed with me asking her to. She should have been apologetic and willing to make me feel satisfied with the job she did, but she was rude and irritated with me. Now, I have to go to another salon to have them completely re-done. read more

Walk in welcome no wait was fantastic, they have enough staff to quickly get you seated and begin service. Prices are good, and the leg massage is also well done. Staff are friendly and work efficiently to complete the basic medi-pedi in an hour. read more

So I came in to get a manicure and pedicure and both technicians did a pretty good job on my nails. At the end I asked for a crystal on my nails and I'm always annoyed when I know something can be done but I get an excuse as to why it can't be done. Neither here nor there. If you just want a decent fill or pedicure this is a good place to go. read more

I really am obsessed, i've been to plenty of nail places in all of Utah so i've had my fair share of experiences. This nail salon is AMAZING. Since moving to Lehi i've been in search of a new nail place and this is my favorite by far. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them, I'm seriously in love!!! I scheduled an appointment to get in, when I got there I waited 10 minutes and then they put me in the pedi sink for 10 minutes. I ordered the "regular" pedicure. Cleaning up feet, massage and nail polish. Ended up with gel nails? $15 upgrade that I did not agree to. Upon paying, i told the clerk I did not want gel, I wanted regular. I swear he almost died of rolling his eyes. On one hand I feel bad because I got gel nails and did not pay for them. On the other I stated clearly twice I wanted regular pedicure. I would have given 5 stars if I had been treated more respectful & not up-charged a service I did not request. read more

Okay, to start off, I've been coming here for a while now. I've had okay service and decent nails, not horrible, but not the best. However, this last time I came in for a full set and I requested them longer than normal with white tip. I showed a reference picture. The lady who did my nails I had never had her before and I've actually never seen her when I've come in the past. She barely spoke to me, which is fine, but when she did she was pretty rude. I told her I did not like how my nails were literally see thru. She told me that's what I wanted, and I told her I definitely did not want this and asked her if she actually thought they looked good. She got so mad! She pretty much yelled so everyone could hear making me super uncomfortable, she had me sit back down telling me she's charging me $30 additional dollars, she slammed her chair into the wall. I'm telling you, you'd think I did something crazy to this lady. I ended up telling her to just paint them a solid color and she did charge me the additional $30! I ended up paying $125 leaving there and dealing with this chicks horrible attitude. I also left her a $20 tip because I'm not rude like she is. I will never go back there now. She needs to calm down and realize some times these things happen, and it's okay! Apparently not to her. read more

I have been here for a pedicure twice, and have been very happy with my experience! The only downside is their hygiene issue with the polish, where they use the same nail polish for each customer. However, I guess that depends on the price you are willing to pay for that nail polish as well. In other hygiene aspects, the place is very good as they open new products for you to use, and replace the lining that surrounds the water basin after each use. Also, the workers here are very nice and friendly. I love how they also offer your pedicure in massage chairs! (You can also grab a little sweet from the from desk). read more

I am from out of town and decided to treat myself for my birthday. I called the day before to make an apt. When I arrived for my apt they took me right away and they were quiet busy which is a good sign. I got a simple manicure with gel and she did a great job, no complaints. I also got the deluxe pedicure. I wish they did a bit better on the calluses but besides that it was great. Would definitely come back when in town. read more

No complaints! I did a Gel Manicure and it was $30; which is a pretty good price for Gel nails. It took an hour and that seems like a typical amount of time to remove my previous Gel and then to re-apply the new Gel. Xua (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) was my nail tech and he did a good job. read more

I decided to treat myself yesterday with a gel manicure from Modern Nails. I'd been here before for a pedicure and had a good experience which is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star, but I would give 1 star for this manicure for sure. As soon as I sat in the chair, she started filing my nails and told me that she was going to give me a specific shape instead of letting me pick. When I asked her to make them a little shorter, she did so but only on one hand so the nails on my right hand are much longer than the ones on my left. When she started working on my cuticles, she cut so close to the nail bed that I started bleeding. At the end of the manicure, she just put lotion on my hands and called it good........I think the whole thing took 15 minutes. To be honest, I am never going to come here again. It hasn't even been 24 hours and one of my nails has already chipped. read more

I am not sure what happened to this place, but the prices went up and the quality went way down. I went a few months ago for a pedicure, and the lady carved into an entire side of my big toenail. It was in pain for days. I recently went back to get a basic pedicure (giving it another chance since in the past I've great experience), and I might as well had done it myself. The paint job was so sloppy. These places need start working on their quality. If a go to a professional, I expect a professional service. read more

It's a good environment. The workers are very kind and overall they did good work, however, I felt they overbooked themselves so my stylist was rushing to move onto the next client leaving my nails looking just okay. I felt I needed to clean them up a bit once I got home. Not the worst but also not my favorite. read more

This nail tech, clearly needs some training. THESE ARE WAY TOO THICK! I have never been so disappointed with a nail shop, in my life! They should refund my $ & put their techs thru some much needed training before letting them work on paying clients! I'm so sad that I only came in for a wax today, the owners are so friendly and hospitable. Ninety percent of my visit was spent just talking with their family about our old hometowns in California (reminiscing and such). I have been to this salon in the past and I loved it! The pedicures were great and I live close so it was convenient. I don't know what happened or if they are under new management but for what I paid the quality isn't there. I got a gel pedicure and 2 days later the polish has begun to chip! The man doing my pedicure was also a little too rough and just not that great overall. Very disappointed. read more

New to the area, this is the second nail salon I have been to and I have been so happy. I had come in with a full set of Acrylic nails that were too thick, chipped and lifting after less then 2 weeks. Annie repaired and replaced the problem nails. She was gentle and thorough. She did very precise and clean work. That was just my first Appt. Later when I needed a fill my family was sick with Covid and I was quarantined with them. It was over 3 weeks from my previous appt until I could get there and my nails were still in great condition. There was no chipping or lifting. The salon itself is clean and it has a lot of color and nail art options. Getting an appointment is easy. Annie also did my daughters nails. I needed to get my nails done and didn't want to drive all the way to my regular place, so I decided to try this place out. I loved it! I walked in and within two minutes they had started working on my nails. I had a specific idea and they completely delivered. They were quick, professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend. The only problem I had was trying to find parking! This is not the salons fault, they are just located in a very busy area that does not offer much parking. read more

I am writing this review as I sit in the chair getting my pedicure done. The man doing it has been so rough even when I let it be known that he is hurting me. First, when filing off my shellac he was too rough and filing directly on my cuticle. Then he applied wayyyyy too much pressure when pushing my cuticles back. Then came the nail file, which was rough. He'd separate my toes with too much force! And the "shin" massage was not enjoyable in the least bit. It wasn't until he used alcohol to clean my nails before applying the gel, that I could feel all the small cuts he created. I only came here because my usual salon was too busy. I will not be coming back. Also, they do not clean their tools or change out their gloves when working on other clients. I witnessed this! This is a huge OSHA violation. And I know this because i work in infection control. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't ask him to put on new gloves when I noticed that he was already wearing them when he took me back to be seated. read more

The massage room was pretty normal. They asked what type of pressure and massage I wanted. The massage itself was, not great. I asked for deep pressure and it just felt like getting oil rubbed on me. There was no target around the muscles and even when I asked for deeper pressure it remained the same. It felt like maybe my therapist was new and didn't know what he was doing. I asked to avoid my hair and he massaged my scalp and messed with my hair anyways. The Himalayan salt stones were nice but they were used for a few minutes on my back and that was it. In addition my massage ended 10 minute earlier than it should have. It was a 90 minute massage not 80 minute so that was quite annoying as well. Will not be back.

This place is now called Hand and Stone Massage. It was bought and taken over. I didn't love that…read morethey didn't honor the $300 gift card I purchased for my mom before the company switched over. The massages and facials are good and the staff are always very nice. It does seem like a different take on massage envy now but it's still worth going if you're looking for a last minute massage or facial.
