Modern princess nails is my go to anytime I need anything done. Their vibe is very family based and they always have someone in the shop that can do what is needed. The owners are really nice and I like that they are accommodating to you all always. There has been times that I mentioned wanting to go next-door to grab a bite to eat and they will let me go and come back to finish whatever is needed. I like the fact that they are perfectionist and do everything in a timely fashion. They are hit to what is current in the fashion world and are great about delivering what is expected. not good. don't come. so upset with my nails, all I wanted was literally a gel manicure and he didnt even take his time. uneven and thick amount for just gel polish that's white. also filed my nald awfully, didn't even cut my cuticles or put cuticle oil/lotion at the end. didnt even care how uneven it is when it comes to application on the bottom. literally ridgid and had to ask for him to atleast clean the access on the sides of the nails. just careless. read more

Unfortunately I had to find another nail salon because no one was doing my nails right anymore. So I had to find a new place and I did! Made an appointment because I didn't know how busy it was (with it being a Sunday) but I came in and it wasn't busy at all. Amy did my nails I showed her what shape and length I wanted and she did it great. I love the technique that she use to make sure that both hands had the same length nail. She did a great job with the shaping and most of all she took her time with me! And that's a big thing I need a nail tech to take their time and not in a rush! And Amy did great with all of that! I am actually very sad! I got my nails done on a Saturday, and three days later I had returned because three of my nails had started chipping. I did take in to account that it's my dominant hand so I hadn't thought much about it. Two days later my non-dominant hand started having chipped nails! now it's 13 days later and all of my nails look HORRIBLE (they started looking like this 10 days in) I'm mainly upset because I went in for gel mani and was convinced that dip powder lasted two weeks and would improve the growth of my nails. Now 13 days later I have unkempt looking nails and one of my nails chipped off after I was very clear that my goal was to grow out my natural nails! All that time growing my nails (they were cut down, to be even) to have to start again ! I wear gloves when I clean and wash dishes to reduce the water that gets inside as well! I'm not sure if it works if you put the product on the edge of the nails so it's wrapped and decreases the chances of chipping as you will always use your hands so I can't wear gloves all day I don't know wether to go back or find a new place but my confidence in nail salons has been low for some time now! It's too much upkeep for the product to not last! The staff was very pleasant and helpful when I called to get this fixed the first time but I haven't called again as I assume I'd have to pay for this repair! I really wanted to like this place but I haven't been to a nail salon in MONTHS for this reason and now I'm pissed! read more

The worst pedicure I ever had!! Sloppy job and the whole pedicure was done in 10mins. I would give zero star if I could. Very disappointing, I was actually looking to get my nails done also, but seeing how sloppy the pedicure was I decided not to. Overall the worst nail experience I've ever had. Pedicure was fine manicure horrible. To start with he broke one of my nails he tried to patch it with dipping powder but I can tell it's broken. My nails n my toes color doesnt match at all. My nails feel extremely rough around the edges So now I have to go home and smooth them out. He rushed through the entire process. I spent $100 n definitely got a $30 dollar job. Never again will I be back here. I don't know how they got such fabulous reviews n that is what I looked at before my appointment but I will not sugar coat anything I wouldn't bring my dog here for a manicure they were to busy on their cell phones to concentrate on the job they were paid to do read more
