My nail tech Grace, (I believe that was her name) provided a mani/pedi on this visit. I indicated that I did not want new polish applied on my toes but I also asked for short nails as I wear closed-toe shoes in winter. The tech said she couldn't make them any shorter...really? Then get the right tools I say! I was disappointed and sure enough, a few days later I had to dig out my own tools and trim them myself. The manicure was okay but there were lots of misses so the brush was needed numerous times with each coat on each nail to wipe off excess polish from my skin. Not the worst experience but certainly not the best either. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR APPOINTMENT! I can't believe that I literally called yesterday and made an appointment with Lynn at 2pm and when I arrived at 1:54pm the lady I made an appointment with said that she didn't see me down for an appointment and said that she said I prob told you to call back. After I said no, you told me to come at 2, she then said sorry prob forgot to put you down but now she has someone and you'll have to wait till at least 3:30. I don't like it when someone first blames the customer then changed their story. So basically she's saying my time isn't valuable and oh well. Terrible business practices!!!! I visited this location based off the reviews and i regret it. First off the utensils and equipment are not clean. Other locations open a fresh bag of utensil in front of you. The nail clipper looked dirty. Hopefully i dont get a fungal infection. Secondly, the quality is awful. My nails did not last three days when they began to wear out. With other salons my pedi lasts two weeks minimum. My nails already look faded and chipped. Highly recommend trying a different location. read more

Highly recommend this nail salon! My appointment was at 3:30 and I was early and showed up at 3 pm they took me right away! Michael did an amazing job on the dip nails as you see here! He really took his time and made sure the length and the nail bed was smooth. Only thing was the pedicure I had was a little rushed, but other than that I had an amazing experience. I will be honest, this was a 3.5 for me. So Emy B. and I went for a last minute, mid week pedicure, to get through the rest of the work week. Since this was one of the places close enough that had decent reviews (thanks to trusty old Yelp), we decided to come here. Everyone here is very friendly; they greet you right away, even if they are already with a customer. They take walk-ins and appointments, and for walk ins will let folks know how long the wait is. For a Wednesday afternoon, I was surprised that they had a good flow of customers. Some had appointments and seemed content with waiting, which indicated to me that these folks are possibly loyal customers. The place is nice and clean, though small, and the massage chairs are in great working order for those getting pedicures. There is no overly smell of acetone and other chemicals, so it was nice. Why 3.5? Compared to other salons I've been to, I can get a bit more for a same priced pedicure. They were great and don't get me wrong this place is fantastic (rounding this up to 4 stars), but I feel like Nail Zone is best if you have time to squeeze into your schedule. Since it's not far for me, I will be back whenever I need that last minute pamper. I'll most likely make an appointment next time and spurge a bit of a higher priced pedicure. read more

Love, love, love this place! They removed my old gel polish, did a full manicure with cuticle cut and hand massage and a pedicure with full massage and hot towels and I got a gel French manicure on my hands and regular polish on my feet for $50. The service here was great! They saw that I was going to be there much longer than my friend who was only getting waxed an acrylic full set so they started doing my manicure as I was getting my pedicure done. I ended up getting finished shortly after my friend got her nails and waxing done which was perfect. The staff here were friendly and accommodating. My hands and feet felt amazing and my nails looked amazing as well. The best part is, that two weeks later my gel manicure still looks amazing even after a full weekend of Disney theme parks with my family. Linn always takes care of my whole family! Linn is very detail focused and gives you the best! My paint always looks great! I give these ladies all my business because they are the best! My mother had and ingrown toenail that eventually was removed and now the toe has a small nail and linn always makes sure to take the time to clean and cut it property and paint it to we're it doesn't seem like the odd one out. I get a pedicure and manicure every month or so. My skin is ultra sensitive. This place is great. I was in town visiting my sisters and after hearing all the commotions and stuff from my sister, I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, I was in for a surprise. The people there are super friendly and nice. They are attentive to your needs and are willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Jenny was really gentle with my foot and my hand. She even massages my foot a little bit. I was surprised at how fast they were and how skilled they were. The woman I got, Jenny was really cool with the design on my nails. Horrible. I've never written a Yelp review until now. That's how bad it was. Got my gel mani done not even an hour ago and the gel polish is coming up and cuticles were not properly trimmed. Also had to plug in ear buds during the mani because my nail girl was eating crackers while doing my nails and another employee was lounging in a pedicure chair with an iPad listening to a TV show in a foreign language very, very loudly. Waste of money because now I'll have to go a mani at another salon. From a customer who never complains on web review sites, please consider this an honest review. Do not go here. read more
