The place is great, a lot of chairs for pedicures and stations for nails. Had an appt and my nail tech was busy finishing another client, so I waited about 15 minutes, which is not a big deal. Had the second pedicure on the menu which was supposed to include a foot massage and stone massage and a hot towel wrap. There was no nail pedicuring, no trimming of dead skin around the nail, no foot massage, and the male nail tech was not friendly, had zero personality, didn't file the nails evenly and seemed like he was annoyed and doing me a favor by being there. He didn't do a very good job with the polish either. Maybe he was having a bad day. Definitely one of the worst pedicures I've had, so left feeling disappointed. read more

I have been going to gloss for years. I have seen a decline in my last few visits. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I hear the nail text constantly trying to talk people into the Uv liquid gel and I finally fell for it. I realized they try to talk you into it because it's much more expensive than the Sns I was getting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They tell you it's better for your nails that's what they told me when they talked me into SNS. Tonight I paid $65 for a fill!!! They charge you à la carte for everything $45 for the fill $16 for the gel nail polish and then they have the nerve to charge you another three dollars to file your nails down which should be part of the fill. Riley was so incredibly, she was gentle with my hands while painting my nails, and she was so kind to talk with. I got a design for my nails, and I love it, Riley really delivered with this full set! Last minute pedicure on a busy weekend! Gloss the nail came to the rescue! Perfect location, easy parking, beautiful interior. I was greeted promptly when I walked in and was assisted. Spent some time picking out the perfect color and the proceeded to my massage chair. The chair was in good condition and before my pedicure was started I was offered a beverage. I chose to indulge in some wine while I got my stay cation pedicure. My nail technician was Le and she did a wonderful job. Lavender scented lotion and a hot stone massage. Perfect visit to the nail salon with wonderful service. Would definitely return amd since they also have kid chairs, I may even bring my daughter with me next time! read more

Clients beware! The service was good however at the time of the check out the worker verbally said the amount due and then charged me double for just 1 service performed!!! When I asked for a receipt is when I notice this. When asked why were they charging me more, they said" oh sorry, my mistake"; would you like a gift card for the difference or a credit? What a nerve! I asked for a credit and she called a person in her bank (speaking in Korean or Vietnamese " so I'm asking I'd she legitimately called the bank or not; or did she just called a friend or her boss? She said that the credit will be proceed by their bank in 24 hrs or a few days...!!! this is a scam and illegal! if you don't check your receipt you will be robbed . Not a terrible experience, but not a great one either. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was nice enough but when she was trimming my toenails, I flinched and mentioned that she was hurting me and her response was, 'I know.' This happened more than once which was very odd-putting. When she sprayed my toenails with alcohol before adding color, the intense burning sensation on my left foot told me she'd cut me. When I mentioned this she again just said, 'I know.' When the pedicure was finished, I had to ask for lotion to be put on my legs. The pedicure service I requested listed hot stone massage as part of it but what she did barely qualifies as a massage. Maybe 30 seconds per foot/leg. The end product looks nice but I do expect better service for how expensive a pedicure is. My hands was done by someone else. I had to ask for the manicure service to be done after dip powder had been put on my fingernails. The woman was very nice and my nails look nice, though a little thick. I think that's more to do with their length than anything else though and I chose to keep my natural nails instead of adding length. So all in all an acceptable experience but nothing that would make me want to come back here instead of going elsewhere. read more

I came here at 4pm on Sunday and got a gel pedicure and a full set, along with the 2 other people I was with got gel pedicures and full set, [[HIGHLIGHT]]not once were we offered water, soda, ect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had also had an appointment and the lady doing my pedicure rushed me out because she forgot about an appointment she had while doing my pedicure. This place is another crooked nail place that rips you off without you knowing it until it's too late. I took my 12 year old daughter for a mani pedi day. We got 2 basic pedicures ($34) with a gel polish...apparently the upcharge for the gel polish was astronomically high. We had 2 basic manicures (just cleaning up with nails) with clear polish. My daughter didn't even get the hand massage with her manicure. They charged me the adult price but obviously felt that she didn't need it because she was 12. I went to pay and I'm told that my bill is $150 and she asks me if I want to include a tip. I said 15% and she charges me $175. Learn how to do math lady...that's $172.50. Such a rip off and dishonest behavior. We will not be going back to this establishment. First time visiting I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady at check in. After making polish choice I was then approached by the tech who would provide my pedicure/manicure services. Kelly, was her name. She wants my very talkative. Not much verbal communication at all. The "long weekend" pedicure. started with a very brief soaking, approximately 2 minutes... then proceeded to last less than 20 minutes, then polish was applied. Overall, not impressed with the pedicure. After the pedicure was complete, I was then shown the way to the manicure station where my mail would be done. The manicure wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, but not many salons prefer to work on "real nails." I was pleased with the natural looking American manicure I received. I did notice that most of the patrons were drinking what appeared to be wine, I was not offered any beverage. So I'm unsure if this is an offering if another device is provided? Overall, I would say the salon is nice, but probably wouldn't visit again. Reason being, just didn't feel like I was a valued customer. I'll continue to look for a nail salon I would visit more frequently. read more

I wanted to get my pedicure done after work and I was able to be fit in no problem. I was not rushed with picking out my color and I felt very welcomed/comfortable. I was asked if I wanted a drink while I had my pedicure done and they offer, water, soda, and wine. The massage chair was so comfortable and made me feel at ease. Kim was so kind and made sure I had the right temperature for my soaking tub as well as the right pressure for my leg/foot massage. I went in to get a mani pedi. The pedi was great. I asked for a set of acrylics on my hands, short. I showed a picture. Afterwards, I paid and tipped well. I went into the daylight and put my glasses on and noticed the horrible job done on my hands. I spoke to a friend and showed her pics. She said to go back and have them fix it. I went back and they put me with another nail tech. She looked at my nails and asked what I wanted fixed... she repainted the tips and was carrying on a conversation with the original nail tech and laughing. It was absolutely humiliating.
