I'm not exactly what sure happened with the other reviewer but Joe actually helped me out financially because the last minute closing costs were higher than anticipated and he let me pay him back afterwards. He helped to make buying my first home happen beyond what was expected. When I decided to take a job in CA, we put the place back on the market, but unfortunately this was after the shit hit the fan with the housing market so he helped me out again by finding a renter and managed the property for me. There is no fun or glory in managing a property when you are a real estate agent so I totally appreciated his efforts here. Finally!!! We find a buyer for my condo this past October!! Yee haw!! But now, I'm freaking out because it was going to cost me a lot of money out of pocket at closing because I was an idiot and took out a HELOC back when the market was up. Anyway, he virtually held my hand throughout the process. After the closing, I was so over the condo, so happy and relieved that it was now a part of my past, but then the title company told me I owed Joe a legitimate $135 for reimbursement of an inspection fee. He told me to forget about it. He got that I just wanted it all over with and empathized with me that I paid out as much as I did. Joe will get his $135 because, first, it's what is owed and, two, paying what I owe is only right, but I sure appreciated the sentiment. I would recommend Joe to anybody looking to buy a house or condo in Mercer County. I never once felt like a dollar sign to him, more like family, if anything. He is an amazing real estate agent and just a really good guy.

My wife works a demanding job in the city so we needed to find somewhere very close to the train station to make the commute manageable. What's more, we have a baby at home and I work at Princeton University as a professor, so we needed to find a safe neighborhood within commuting distance to downtown Princeton, with good schools, easy access to daycare. To top it all off, we were moving from California and so were on a very tight schedule to tour houses. Despite these challenges, Debbie came through and found us a delightful home just 3 minutes from Princeton Junction station, and gave us great advice on how to submit an acceptable offer that didn't break the bank. Since finding the house, Debbie has continued to be very helpful, facilitating the home closing, communicating clearly with the seller's agent, and recommending contractors, inspectors, cleaners and activities in the area.
