The company representative insisted that the vent pipe was an HVAC pipe and they are not authorized to touch HVAC pipes. An affidavit and inspection from my HVAC provider had no effect. This company does not know the difference between HVAC and a simple vent pipe and pipe vent needing a new boot after roofing job. I had to pay another company $665 to put a boot around the vent pipe. Most likely my ''5 year warranty'' is voided now anyhow. So much for a $9,000 job.

Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable.
