When I asked the…read moreinspector what I should ask for in regards to repairs all he said was GFI Outlets and a loose toilet. Days after purchasing the home, I had a plumber come out for a simple quote on a bathroom. I lucked out because this same exact plumber came to the exact same house two years ago and quoted the previous owners on about a $10,000 project due to back pitched pipes under neath the house and slight pipe disconnections running from the house to the street. It was pretty simple, the plumber put a level up against the pipes in the crawlspace and showed the back pitch. I was disappointed when I contacted the inspector and he informed me that they only do a "visual" test. In my opinion, this is a major plumbing issue that should have been highlighted and vocally communicated to myself prior to purchasing the home. Had I known the severity of the situation, I would have asked for a credit/ repair or not have purchased the home. When the problem eventually happens, unfortunately I will have to pay for this. It is unfortunate and I wish the inspector was more thorough and disclosed this information to me. When asked for a refund on the inspection, a refund was not given.

Now, I get more ant hills, in my yard, and fleas and ticks, and pay more money. Careful of these people. So talked to the company, they stated yes all out doors stuff is on the plan. I have had ant hills pop up in the back. 3-4 big ones. So I talked with the company, they sent someone out, they said couldn't take care of them, gate was locked. Keep in mind it was latched not locked. So put in a request to re do the back yard because of the ant hills. Guy comes out dusts the house, sprays around it, and doesn't do anything for the hills, sits in his truck 10 mins and leaves. I watched the entire time, was waiting for him to get off the phone while he was here. He didn't, just did bare minimum and left. Ended spraying hills myself, because despite being here multiple times they won't take care of them.
