To repond back to your false narrative. No your staff did not in fact contact me multiple times in regards to this matter till it was to late and nothing could apparently be done for me after I was given false information for contact to of had handled the situation sooner had I known. No calls were made whatsoever till I reached out to come to find out the disturbing news of the bow situation I'm in. Mind you all this while I was getting spoken to very fouly and unprofessional by your so called staff that sit there on their phones all day. So no don't try to make others on here believe you guys did your job and appropriately at that just to save your guys asses and look good. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS INCONSIDERATE COMPANY. today, I got an email that my storage unit payment was declined. I was kind of expecting this as my debit card has been compromised. I decided to look up the business on the website and call the number listed. I called the number on their listing and was directed to an automated answering machine which hung up on me 3 times, frustrating. So , I searched a little more and found another number that I called and a mumbling employee uttered something not understandable, I had to ask what his name was and it was Logan, I told Logan about my ordeal with the phone system and he could not have cared any less about what I had to say I was instantly dismissed and interrupted, "what can I do for you?" oh so sorry to speak while you are interrupting, Logan. I asked to speak to a manager and before he could hit the transfer/hold button he called me a "dumbass". I then explained to ben "the manager" that his employee called me a dumbass. he denied it high and low instead of sayin, sir, I will pull him aside and speak to him instead was yelled at over the phone, it was so up setting that I had to go down there and see if this is the way they really talk to their customers,, sad to say they allow the employees to berate, harass and ridicule customers to the point to where they lash out. I think that is what Logan was hoping for and he could not have smiled any harder or told me more times to "hurry up and pay and leave" ben the "manager" let hime cintinually berate me and ridicule me. no margins kills or customer service skills. you know this place is a pretty building but if you fill it with employees with bad attitudes and 0 management or customer service skills you will end up where I am now, being kicked out of a storage unit because an employee called me a "dumbass" give your hard earned money to someone else. what better is I have the whole ting on video if anyone wants to reach out id love to share it or I can just write another review and include it and show your employees true colors. Used this business for 6 wks july and August 2023. Has the most beautiful office and lobby any storage facility ever saw. It's more like a nice hotel lobby....Marble floors, plush retro furniture, bathroom facilities, conference room, coffee and tea bar, and computers to use. Fairly new and some of the add-ons units are very new. Clean and good security. Excellent management. read more
