This is a great facility, a hidden GEM. The new owner/manager has replaced the previous management due to a lack of proper attention to the property. They are constantly upgrading the property and have taken steps to greatly improve security. The report of BREAK-IN's and lack of security are OLD and have been VASTLY OVERSTATED, this was a problem in the whole area, not just this facility. If you are in the market for a Climate Controlled Storage unit, a Drive Up unit or a Parking Space in the area, stop in and see for yourself why this would be the right place to store your car, boat or personal belongings. And the best part is that they will not raise your rates after 3 months like the other places. They guarantee rates for a full year on most units. AND if needed, they have 10' x 20' units that have access on each side to pull right thru, or get to your stored items. Very Convenient!! read more

The police report states; THERE HAVE BEEN A STRING OF BREAK IN'S (beware No security here) at Springdale Self Storage in Springdale Arkansas & This facility has not let their customers know this fact??!!??!! I was a victim of this horrible travesty and suffered great losses, with over 3 generations of collectibles (both sentimental & much very valuable). I was told by the police after reporting the incident that this break-in ongoing problem has been occurring constantly for some time Now, I am deeply disappointed that this storage facility Did Not contact me to have a Choice to remove my valuables when ownership Knew that this was going on!! This a very problematic way of doing business especially as I have learned it was done from the Inside (as my locks on my unit were still in tact) I have learned that there is a huge open gaps above the walls on both sides of the insides of the unit, also doors are not locked, just to name a few problems this storage facility has not addressed. These are just a few unsecured areas of this very unsafe facility, I do not recommend this storage facility and I am am especially disappointed in the lack of response (None) from Springdale Self Storage, the greed of this way of doing business is incredible.No Security.
