Staff is super nice but the quality is not good for the price. It took them two hours to do my nails. When I was done, the nail polish itself was chunky and streaky and each nail was a different shape. For example, some finger nails were round while some were almond. They ended up fixing them a little when I spoke up but it still was the same just not as bad as before, at the end I ended up paying $70. read more

I had three experiences at this nail salon for a pedicure. The first experience was awesome and definitely go back again. Second experience was OK but she did do some damage to the skin around my toenail from the emery board that they used to take off the gel nail polish but she did apologize and it was only on a single toe. The third time I went back was the worst experience. I have three toes with scabs on my left foot because of the emery board being pushed into the skin around my nail with no apology was mentioned. My mother and I came into the salon to get pedicures before a best friends wedding. We did not have an appointment and they sat us down right away which was nice. BUT. A toddler could have given me a better pedicure than the guy that did it. Same with my mother. They didn't clean out under our nails, they did not scrub our legs or massage them, I kid you not the pedicures took less than 10 minutes. I went in for a mani-pedi and got "Peter". He was very distracted and lousy at my foot massage. Also, he never soaked my hands before the manicure. Just started trimming my dry cuticles. Took less than 2 minutes on my neck massage and only used one hand!!! I have been here many times and apparently never got Peter. Avoid him!!! read more

Very Disappointing I used to go quite often and it was awesome. But lately service,management,and just the overall manicure and pedicure treatments has just gone way down in the past year. All the original staff members are gone. When the lady took the paper off from between my toes she smudged it and didn't offer to fix up again. My leg massage was only 30 seconds compared to when it used to be 10-15 minutes. No matter what polish you pick it chips in the next couple days. They also made me and my friend bleed when they fixing up my cuticles. The pricing is way to overpriced for the overall service and everything included in the treatment. When I used to get the mani pedi package it took a good 2 hours now it only takes about 45 minutes. It's just absurd. I will not be coming back to this nail salon! read more

This is my second time to this salon. My first visit was very good. Today the young man I had rushed through everything. He cut my toenails dry before giving my feet a little time in the water to soften the nails making it easier to cut. It actually hurt. The skin on my feet still needs attention. He spent very little time on cuticles and polished over cuticles. My manicure was even worse. The cuticles are very noticeable under polish. He didn't even use any lotion like I am used too. I read the bad reviews but decided to try it out anyway. I was in for a last-minute full acrylic set and am very pleased with what I got!! Very reasonable prices, very clean, spacious, and great service. Huge selection of polish colors, and my nail tech did an excellent job...a full set in under an hour, finished off with a warm towel shoulder massage while I sat under the nail dryer. Waited to be acknowledged by someone for over 10 mins. Once acknowledged I was told 15, min wait. Well that wasn't true because the two mother couple and the 18 year old who all walked in 5 mins after I did was taken in first who also did not have an appt. I was finally brought in soak my feet and had to watch everyone else get started while my feet got cold from the water cooling off. 1 hour I wasted of my time to sit there and be ignored. Absolutely disgusted With their customer service. And absolutely no one said a word when I got up abs walked out. Businesses don't survive of garbage customer service they survive by word of mouth and positive experiences. Dont waste your money on this place. read more

I used to go to this salon very often and unfortunately I do not think I will be returning. The manicure was rushed and the polish was put on so so thick. Even the top coat was put on so thick that there were air bubbles on every nail. The manicure was very uneven and I had to what felt like walk the technician through a basic manicure.The technician filed so hard with the nail file that he cut the skin on the sides of my nails which is very painful today (the next day). This may bother some more than others but something worth mentioning is that while all technicians and customers are required to wear masks because of COVID-19, the tech TOOK OFF his mask and blew on my nails to try to dry them faster before globbing on some more nail polish and also was not wearing gloves. I do have to say after I expressed my discontent with the manicure they did try to fix it. When it was still not up to par, they gave me a full refund with no issue. Two stars since their customer service for a dissatisfied customer seemed to be alright. read more

Been here a few times and haven't had good experiences. Last week was the first time I had been in a couple of years. I was desperate to get my nails done last minute and figured I'd give them another shot since it's been a couple of years. 2 days after I got my nails done (ANC) they had already been cracking and chipping. I always get my nails done at other places and they last 3 weeks. One hand was darker in color than the other hand. It's been hardly a week and so many chips and cracked nails. Best nails I've had done yet! I've tried many places and this by far is my favorite. They gave me a great heated neck, shoulder, and back massage while my nails dried. I also had my eyebrows done which look great and they didn't get swollen or puffy. So glad I asked my boss where she gets her nails done and Anna's review convinced me to try them out. I wish I had read the recent reviews prior to my recent visit- I agree, this place has really gone downhill. I rarely if ever leave a 1-star review, but I received the worst pedi here a few days ago. For $25 + tip (which they practically stand over you and demand), I basically got a polish change and a 20 minutes in a massage chair. My pedicure took less than 30 minutes! I came home with the same dry skin I came in with- no soaking time allowed, about 60 seconds of scrubbing, and cuticles in the same condition, and the only difference is my nail color. I promise I am not exaggerating! I had made an appointment in advance, and no one else was waiting so he had no reason to rush. My person sat for 30 minutes after he was done with my pedi and did NOTHING. I agree with the person who said this used to be a hot spot with great service a year ago, but now it is just a waste of time and money. It is so unfortunate as I really used to like coming here. I've gone here many times over the last 3 years, and it's been fine. Quick to get seated. Just went for a pedi, and my feet were not in the water for more than 1 minute. They clearly wanted to rush me through. For the first time, the tech really was trying to upsell. Told me I definitely had calluses (which I don't) and I needed to up my package by $25. I settled for the $10 upsell for the grater on the bottom of the feet, which I regret. When I left (in like 20 minutes), my feet were literally rough as sandpaper. It was visible. No lotion, no foot massage. My shoulder massage was nothing compared to what it used to be. I went home and tried to repair the damage on my feet. I have $50 in gift certificates to kill off there, then I'm done. I wish it was otherwise. read more

When one JP first opened, they were the hot spot to get pampered. This is the third and final time I will be going there for my pedicures. I get my feet done every 3 weeks at the most, but usually every 2. The past 3 times I've gone in the wait is forever and I'm rushed threw my pedicure. Barely touch my feet to clean them up. My heels are still dried and cracked and the polish is not nearly applied it looks chunky. And then in 3 days it chips off. They have barely trimmed my toe nails back even after requesting they get trimmed and my cuticles are outrageous. I would never go back here. I got acrylic nails and 3 days later one cracked and another was starting to come off near the cuticle. The French manicure was painted on, not airbrushed. It started to chip and fade off the very next day. I went back in and asked them to fix it. They did but I was literally told, "Next time pay $10 more and get white tips so this not happen." So the $41 dollars + tip was not enough to get a decent product??? Not to mention the nail tech did not say two words to me the entire time I was getting my nails put on.
