Kendall is awesome!! I've never had anything but my eyebrows waxed before and was looking to experiment after a friend recommended getting my legs waxed. Kendall is SUPER responsive. Before my appointment she sent me prep instructions. People, seriously follow these!! Since it was my first time, I didn't know what to expect and exfoliated and hydrated my legs with rose hip oil and cerave. She said she could tell, the hair came up easy. I am convinced her prep instructions also made it not as painful... plus I now use the oil every day just because it's awesome. She was quick and did not make a mess of anything.
