I went to her office a couple weeks ago and was immediately impressed with how warm and inviting Heather was. I don't know why everyone is giving so many stars! Horrible, horrible experience! I made am appointment with Heather for an eye brow wax and tint. Showed up to my appointment and the doors are locked and the lights are out. I called Heather to see what was going on and she says 'I remember talking to you and setting up the appointment but I forgot to write it in my planner so I wasn't expecting you... strike 1. She tells me that something came up so she's in the process of moving everything out of her office space and that she would call first thing in the morning on Monday. She never called... strike 2. I kept calling trying to get an appointment in and she avoids all of my calls... strike 3. This is very unbusiness like and very unprofessional. Stay away from this place! read more
