At the beginning of our engagement, my fiance and I didn't think we would need a wedding…read morecoordinator! We're both lawyers with Type A personalities who totally thought we could do everything ourselves! But, after seeing how much actually goes into planning and executing a wedding (coordinating vendor deliveries, managing the wedding itinerary, making sure setup is completed correctly, coordinating with staff, staying on time, etc), we realized how much we needed a coordinator - cue our meeting with Fidan! I met Fidan in the spring of 2017, and knew she would be able to handle anything. She was extremely prepared at our meeting, so reassuring, and so pleasant. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, she was such a kind support and gave suggestions throughout the wedding planning process. She was an incredibly helpful resource, and was always there to support when needed. A few weeks before our wedding, we were introduced to Carly, and she was so helpful with connecting our other vendors, making sure our itinerary was on track - and honestly, she was such a treat to work with, and was always so pleasant, hard-working, and there for you when you needed. On our wedding day, two slightly major things went wrong (there was an issue with our decor and with our ceremony start time). But, despite this, Fidan and Carly were totally unfazed and fixed everything like fairy-godmothers without me even realizing it! Fidan fixed a problem with missing charger plates, and worked with our vendors to create the most beautiful wedding space I have ever seen (not even poring through wedding magazines could have prepared me for how beautiful and magical our space was that night). Fidan and Carly kept the whole day running so smoothly - we have received countless comments from our guests about how absolutely perfect and wonderfully executed the wedding was. You (presumably) only have one shot at your wedding - after the day is done and gone, there's really nothing you can do to change the day, and at the end, you don't want to end the process with regrets and wishes and 'what ifs'. While your wedding day can't be guaranteed to be perfect, Fidan and Carly will try their ABSOLUTE best to ensure it will be. They are there to make sure your day goes the way you intend and visualize, and will fix your problems like fairy godmothers, making sure you're kept relaxed and happy and focusing on cherishing one of the most important days of your life. I will always remember my wedding day to be absolutely perfect, and Fidan and Carly were a big part of creating that perfect memory. You can't go wrong with hiring them!

As soon as we had our first meeting I knew that she would be a good fit for me. Among many wonderful qualities that Mahla possesses, she is very knowledgable and experienced in her job. Choosing a resort for 50 people is a difficult task - always tying to please everyone and stay within a reasonable budget. Mahla understood my difficulty and worked with me to narrow down the resorts providing me information about the resorts, the amenities and the unique things each one offered in addition to the price. This was not the case with the few travel agents I had contacted prior to meeting Mahla. I felt like they were always pushing certain resorts over others and they would send me quotes and links of resorts so that I could do my own research and only cared for me to contact them when I was ready to book not really help with the in-between of actually helping to choose the right resort. I never once felt pressured to book anything with Mahla, she was very genuine and I could tell she really enjoys what she does. She never once showed any frustration when I changed my mind for the millionth time and always had a positive attitude. One thing I really liked is that she has been to many of the resorts and so was was speaking from experience not just the information that I could have easily found online. We had a total of 50 guests and every single one of them were over the top pleased with the ease of booking and the quality of service they received from Mahla and her team. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is planning not just a wedding but any large group booking! As mentioned above I also utilized The Eventeur's full wedding planning services. I chose to have an offsite wedding because it was able to offer me the things I could not have on the resort. The planning was not as easy to do on my own as I thought and I am SO grateful for Mahla and her team. From the beginning she was excited and enthusiastic about planning my wedding which reduced my anxiety and stress! She was so helpful at helping me figure out exactly what I wanted for my wedding. She asked all the right questions to get a sense of my style and from there worked with me to plan my wedding. I trusted her 100% and that's what I felt was lacking in the few people I had done research on prior to meeting with Mahla. She really knows what she is talking about - her knowledge and experience along with her creativity and genuine love for her job is what made it such a pleasure to have her as my wedding planner. I honestly can't say anything but amazing things about Mahla and her team and would recommend anyone to contact her if they are contemplating a destination wedding!

We had ordered centre pieces for all our tables, for the reception room tables, and for the ceremony site, as well as the flowers for the bridal party. I could not be happier with the outcome. The flowers were outstanding in quality, the arrangements were incredibly rich - she used a lot of flowers and did not spare any expenses to achieve the look I had asked for. Although I had only ordered centrepieces for the main ballroom, Naira went ahead and decorated the window panes and mantles of the entire ballroom with dozens of small vases and white flowers, matching my theme. I had not expected this; I had already paid for everything so she really did it because she simply thought it would make the room more beautiful. She seems to truly enjoy what she does and puts passion in it. She is very reasonably priced, especially for the high quality of the work she does.
