I was pretty nervous about getting a spray tan because I didn't want to look orange, and she came up with the perfect shade for me, and I was comfortable with letting her do her thing. The airbrush is a little cold, but she warned me first, so I was ready! She contoured my face, and applied the spray tan evenly. The spray tan took about 15 minutes, and lasted a couple of days before I noticed some parts fading on my skin. I did see some of the color in the water when I showered after 24 hours, but didn't notice any loss of color on my skin. Definitely book an appointment Beauty Mark for your spray tan, and try to get Nina! She is amazing :) P.S. Booking online is really easy, but you need to provide your credit card information. You can cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Diana has a complete commitment to never stressing the natural lashes, but assures in time, that the client's natural lashes are healthier 6 months later from her technique. SHE IS AMAZING! I have been going to her for 10 months now and counting, and I love my lashes. I can't even tell you the amount of times I get complemented on my eyelashes and how I abide by her work! I 200/10 recommended her work as she is a perfectionist and loves what she does. Not only is she a great business person, but she is so genuine and actually values her customers. As she has a very busy schedule she is so flexible and understanding to what ever circumstance you may have. Also, my volume lashes can last up to more than a month but around 3-4 weeks I usually go for a fill just cause I like it to be full. They were long and thick but every now and then it felt like a few lashes were glued to my eye lid. I realized that lash extensions aren't suppose to be glued directly to your eyelid when I started seeing Ellen. Ellen not only does a great job with selection of the lengths but she also is meticulous about her work. My extensions with Lushious Lashes look natural and they aren't "too heavy". In the past, with Novalash, they were a bit heavier so my real lashes would eventually start sagging. I'm not saying Novalash is bad for you but maybe not right for my thin fragile lashes. Also when Ellen does my lashes, they stay on for 3-4 weeks and I never feel like something is "on". They feel like my natural lashes, only they look 10x better. I don't like to wear a lot of make up so Ellen's Lushious Lashes make me look like I have mascara on all the time. This saves me time in the morning when getting ready for work and other events. Lastly, Ellen does make house calls, which is nice for someone with a busy schedule and you are also in the comfort of your own home.

My first lashes appointment was with Fernanda and they looked great, but they all fell out when I went on vacation and my face was assaulted by the wind and salt water of the Pacific - I also didn't know you have to wash them to prevent oily buildup, so yeah. I came back two weeks later with literally no extensions left and had to pay for a full set all over again rather than a touch-up. I do wish they had told me about needing to wash them, because I really wasn't provided with the full aftercare instructions the first time I got them. But, now I know. They sell a special foam wash and gentle applicator for the soap here, which I recommend purchasing. My second session was with Viktoriia, who is absolutely incredible. Mynx & Inks is definitely out of the way if you live in DC, but it's worth it for the fair pricing and amazing quality.
