Brandi did my spray tan and she was amazing! I was pretty apprehensive about the whole process as I've never had one done before, but she was so sweet, professional & well educated in what she was doing that my concerns were almost immediately put at ease. I was most nervous that I would leave the salon looking like an oompa loompa but instead I left with a beautiful bronze-y glow that developed into an even more gorgeous sun-kissed color the next day. The salon itself is so cute and very clean. I was offered refreshments when I first got there (although perhaps they should consider adding champagne or wine to that list; who doesn't like a little bubbly when getting beautified?! Then again, it was only noon so maybe I'm just an alcoholic? Brandi probably sensed that, and was just looking out for your girl -- like I said, she's amazing ;-)). This place is amazing! I work in the town center and I found this little gem while walking around on my lunch break in desperate need of a haircut. And I am SO glad I did! The first time I stopped by, I had my hair cut by Brandi and she did an awesome job! I have really fine, straight hair and she took her time and gave me tips on how to give it more volume. I left feeling great about my hair and knew I'd be back. The second time I had a haircut by Jammie and she is fantastic! I gave her very little direction but she knew exactly what to do with it. Probably the best haircut I've ever had. I've not tried any of their other services (makeup, spray tan etc.) but I wouldn't hesitate to if the need arises. Nina (the owner) has been there both times I've been and I could really tell this salon is her baby. Everything is carefully thought out and the everyone is always so friendly. Nina is amazing! She tattooed my eyebrows PERFECTLY. Now I have a beautiful, full brow where I had thin sparse light hairs before. Her hair stroke technique is UNMATCHABLE and to top it all off she is the sweetest person on the face of the planet. Her skills don't stop there - not only does she do amazing permanent makeup and Microblading- her spray tans give my pale white skin a beautiful bronze glow that doesn't make me look orange like all the booths do at other places. She does eyelash extensions for beautiful thick full lashes and get this - EYEBROW EXTENSIONS for those who aren't up for the tattoo! Don't even get me started on her makeup skills....move over Mario Dedivanovic NINA IS IN THE HOUSE! I can only hope to get married one day just so I can have this master makeup artist do my makeup!! Lashes by Raquel! In a word,amazing! First off the place is beautiful! I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if i wanted coffee water or any refreshments. I opted for coffee. The salon is immaculate and perfect for a day of pampering! Raquel quickly came out and seated me in the comfy recliner. Even came with a warmed bean neck rest. She went through a thorough consultation with me and looked at my eye shape and width and knew exactly what would look best for me. She was meticulous and took her time. I didnt feel rushed at all. When i was finished and she gave me a mirror to look, i had the biggest smile on my face. Let me tell you...i dont need any eye make up i can just get up and go. What a difference the lashes make to your eyes and whole face. And they look natural and not over done. I am so pleased and cannot wait to come back for my fill. I have had an amazing experience each time I have been to Beauty Mark. I was in need of a spray tan for a ball I was attending and came across a review for Spray Tans by Veronica. Every review I saw had great things to say about Veronica and the salon so I decided to give it a try. She did not disappoint, the tan was even ,looked natural and I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I enjoyed my experience so much that I booked Veronica for my up-do a few days later on the day of the ball. Veronica did an amazing job again! Nina is Amazing! She is an incredibly talented artist, and I am not even kidding she has changed my life. I recently got a permanent makeup tattoo for my eyebrows.....I have been receiving compliments since I've left my appointment! I had a guy stop mid-conversation to compliment my eyebrows! Even when it began peeling (due to the healing process) I still received compliments. The establishment is beautiful and welcoming. Very relaxing environment and just great customer services (though painful, the friendly conversation and constant care made this possible....note this was my first tattoo). Brandi is the best at cutting my hair! She always delivers the perfect cut for my fine/curly hair and takes the time to ask me questions and work with me. I've had so much trouble finding a stylist to cut my indecisive hair-- one day it's frizzy, the next it's curly, then it's wavy, etc. etc....She always gives me the best tips on what to do with my hair type and which products to use and she puts so much extra effort into sharing her knowledge. Husband and I went for our first spray tan experience ever. We both had Brandi who was very professional, thorough, and talented. She made us feel comfortable while you're standing there in an awkward position with pretty much nothing on. Results were spectacular and sufficient education was given on how to care for our new tans. The cherry on top was the price. Beyond reasonable for being in MoCo and you get 20% off of your first service (way more than even a lot of military discounts in places)!
