My system never worked as designed. The other mechanics would keep my boats for weeks on end which prevented me from fishing. Took my boat to Southern Boatworks and had my boat ready in two days. Everything now works as intended. Unfortunate for me, they had to rewire my power cables and change various connections like the bus bar, fuses, ground wires to motor, etc. Not the cheapest repair but it was done right. In hindsight, this was a problem I caused by not taking it to someone who knows what they are doing. In addition, I had a problem with my trolling motor. Another Minn Kota "authorized service center" in Raleigh would only work on the trolling motor without the boat. I am too old to take all the devices (Megalive, Mega 360, target lock and hydrophone off) to say nothing about NOT being mechanically inclined. I think..... if I had taken my boat to these great people in the first place, I I would have saved a bunch of cash. I have learned my lesson and will take my boat to these professionals from now on. His reply was that there were no retail people in that could help and if I wanted to drive to the store and there is a note on the door, to let them know. It's a 45 minutes drive, so I won't do a store check for them. What company doesn't know if there store is open? All time worst response ever.

Well certainly not my problem in long run. I have a head gasket blown and by only testing problem in shop it doesn't show boat being tested under true load. I would not recommend these guys to anyone under any circumstance to work on a boat. If would've fully checked and inspected would have been easy to find true problem. Yes impeller housing may have been bad but had a mechanic on the lake actually do some looking and within 5 minutes he found problem. These guys look for easy way out and charge 139$/hr for service. Found a mechanic on the lake and he's mobile and only 85$/hr. You will not see my service ever again from them or buying anything from them. Highly suggest against them find somewhere else to be your mechanic not bandaid placers

While they had the boat, I had them install a Talon power pole. They did a great job with the installation and the technician even called me a couple of times to give me some advice on where the actual mount should go for the pole. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. They have a full service department and they sale the fuel stabilizer for you boat fuel. I think I only paid bout 14 bucks for a 32 oz bottle.

Just purchased a wax product that is $20 less in other stores (and only went to west marine because my go to was out of stock). Check hardware stores first, then online and then west marine if you are stuck.
