He created our dream porch, added a garage, master suite, redid multiple bathrooms, and the list goes on and on! Now that we are finished with our renovation, we wanted to let everyone know about our great experience. When other contractors said the project would take close to 6 months or more, Glenn gave us a timeline of 4-5months and would be working solely on our project. This was important to me to find a contractor only focused on my job! That is Glenn! He was right on schedule and we often saw him working at the house on weekends! He was able to obtain permits very quickly and get things done when they needed to be. Glenn included us on every decision and treated our home like It was his own from start to finish. He was very professional and easy to work with and all the subcontractors and my interior designer thought so too! He made himself available late at night and weekends to answer any questions we had. And; even though he is "done" with the house, I am confident when/if any issue arises, he will he right on top of it! I still talk to him often as am learning the ins and outs of my house (pregnant and during the pandemic). Effi Hanai was the Project Manager and he was diligent in getting the project completed. It was right around the Christmas holiday week but Effi and the workers were able to wrap the project up ahead of when we originally estimated and the results were fantastic. The price was very fair in my opinion and the work was done professionally. Always nervous dealing with a contractor for the first time but they were super reliable and the work service provided was high quality. He did all the work by himself which took a lot longer than we hoped. The only other downside was he didn't clean up a lot of the old hardware/nails before he installed the new deck.
