I requested a proposal to carry out grout injection under a slab on grade that has suffered settlements and sinkholes. LJS did GPR testing of the warehouse with high quality results and provided an extensive proposal on time. The client opted for a quick fix and did not want to remediate the warehouse using grout injection. I recommend LJS to perform grout injection projects. read more

LJS provided waterproofing services around the basement of my house with an innovative approach that didn't require any excavation around the exterior of the house. The basement walls are made of rocks and the water use to come in through the cracks creating puddles inside the basement. After the treatment, that consisted on the injection of a waterproofing material directly on the soil and under the slab, the water intrusion was eliminated. They also treated the interior side of the exterior walls with a special paint. I was able to finish the interior of the basement with mineral rock insulation and Sheetrock over metal studs. I am beyond amazed with the results and the customer service. I highly recommend them. They provided the best value since I haven't had to spend money on excavation and waterproofing materials. LJS back filled it and pumped in grout to prevent it from happening again. The work held up to winter storm season.
