I was fortunate to find another stellar hand wash place in my travels. Guy who runs the place is super cool really hustles, and is a stickler for detail. The wash cost me $35 which is a little more than I normally pay, but he did a really good job. The good news was he was able to take me right in and take care of everything on a moment's notice. If I ever come back out this way again I need my car wash this is where I will go.

Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

Where you pay...that machine was broken so the employee had to go into the office, which delayed me longer. Then this mechanical "arm" to let you enter wouldn't raise up so it was done manually. By this time there 6 cars waiting in line behind me. Went to the area where you can dry your car and vacuum and equipment was broken unable to use. I had to move my car to a different spot. I paid $16 for this car wash I ended up having to dry the car, even though it goes under very strong equipment blowing hard air. I only went there because I was shopping near this location. I don't live near it. But I can guarantee you I will not recommend this car wash nor return. I don't think I got my monies worth.

I took my car to the Hurricane Express carwash on East Brainerd Road on May 22, 2023, for a carwash. After coming out of the wash I noticed that my brand new car's back windshield wiper was broken during the wash. And not only was the entire wiper blade broken off but the casing too. I immediately reported this to the employees. They reviewed the camera footage and stated that the damage did occur during the wash and that they would file an incident report immediately. I truly thought hurricane express would take accountability and reach out to fix the damage caused by their car wash. After a month of not hearing back from them, I visited the east brainerd location again to ask and was told the same thing. After a week, I reached out to them through their website, and on June 23, 2023 I received an email that a damage claim status update was reported to management and that they would call. This email was the last and ONLY communication I received from this company. I have tried emailing them and reaching out through their website several times but still no response. It has been over a month and a half, and my brand-new car is still damaged. At the very least someone could have reached out to me within these past 45 days to resolve this issue, but nothing.

There is room for maybe five vehicles near the building, but they also have a large side lot they do the actual detailing work in. Both times I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.
