They charged us an additional membership fee for quite some time before we noticed it and couldn't explain how it happened and refused to refund the mistake beyond 6 months. We pay for a monthly membership They shut down the car wash for weeks. When it did open back up you could only use the vacuum. I asked for reimbursement for the time lost on August 9th. They finally tell me on September 26th they aren't going to do anything. This issue took way too long too resolve and then basically said there is nothing we can do. Your business was shut down for weeks, yet I am told too bad basically. I was told we used the business this month and last month. I made this complaint on the 9th of August. Had a terrible time with this company that lasted about 3 months. They had a deal where the monthly subscription for car washes was half off so I decided to sign up. A lady came outside after my wash and I told her that I would like to dance after the month. She said sounds good and gave me a sticker to put on my car. I got relocated to Arizona a couple weeks later and another month was charged to my account but for double the price. There was no way to contact them by phone or website so I was out of luck. Not bad! We went to Surfs Up Car Wash because we'd taken the car off on a few hiking adventures, and a few gravel roads later, it was covered in dust! So after doing a quick yelp search the next day, we saw Surfs up was not only close, but had great reviews so off we went! Just like many of the drive through and vac washes you've experienced all over the nation, Surfs up has a series of different wash types to choose from at the pay station. We got their $19.99 option which was basically their "works" package. The car wash caught everything and cleaned all the dust and dirt off. Vacuums were strong and towels are provided to wipe down your ride. The time it took from entry to exit was less than 15 minutes including the drying of the car and vacuuming. Customer service was just fine and the car washing service was as advertised. Definitely took care of us and cleaned the car when we needed it. Please give these guys a shot if and when you need to get your car nice and cleaned! read more

Surfs Up is such a convenient way to get my car clean and get rid of any yuckies. prices for a basic wash is just $8 and goes up from there depending on extra services. they have a membership option well for unlimited car washes which is a fantastic option especially now or you just like to keep your car looking shiny & clean. :) I don't get a chance to talk to the employees too often (windows are up typically!) but when I do, they are friendly and helpful. the vacuums are great as they have plenty of suction and they have a narrow nozzle to get in those hard to reach crevices of your vehicle, versus the wide vacuums I've used at other places. also, this place just looks fun with its hot pink neon lights! read more

Quick car wash service that you sit in your car while going through the wash. If you car has dried bugs on it from traveling don't waste your time. However, it does a great job for a quick wash. I usually go to Suds in Hixson but started going here while Suds in in renovations. I was disappointed at the lack of pre clean service I got from the 2 guys at the beginning. They barely touched the front lights, and didn't touch my tire rims or front/ back windows at all. They were so busy talking to one another, they never even acknowledged me at all. Also, Suds blue tapes down the rear windshield wiper spit doesn't risk getting pulled and caught in the washer ribbons. Since no pre brushing was done, the bugs never game off my windshields or front lights. I got the Manager's Special which is the full wash and shine, but had to bring my car home and rewash the front and windshields to get it clean. Also, tried 3 different vacuums and all had VERY low suction. Never have these pre-clean deficits at Suds and their vacuums never have a loss of suction. And why no blue tape on the rear blade? What gives? The SM parkway location is 5 ml from my home, so would prefer going here, but the pre clean needs to greatly improve. read more

This is the most convenient car wash to me and I find the price reasonable enough considering you can pull around after going through the wash & use their towels, vacuums (which actually have suction!), cleaning sprays and scented sprays. Now that the weather is warming up I decided to purchase a monthly membership. Prices start at $19.99 a month for unlimited basic washes. If you wash your car more than twice a month than this is a great deal. I also like the wash style, no harsh brushes to scratch up my car! This was an awesome car wash place. They have a bug wash before you go for the regular car wash. Then the car wash prices are very reasonable and they have free vacuums with several different tools to use to make sure you can get into all the nooks and crannies. Then they also have different scents that you can use as well as glass cleaner and towels and then sanitizer as well to make sure you sanitize the vacuums after use we will definitely be back! read more
