I got a free car wash coupon from a guy named Ron, that turned out to not be free when I tried using it. They wanted me to sign up a monthly membership to get the free wash. I decided not to do the membership and paid for their deluxe wash, which didn't even wash my car..... now I have to hand wash it to even out the clean spots vs. the still dirty areas. On top of all that they don't even vacuum out your car or dry it all the way. You're much better off going to sweet water car wash and paying about the same price for a much better wash. read more

The Campions Gate location gets an A in my books, I did put four stars because there's always room for improvement. Now The lactation in Kissimmee gets a B- because they have a Lotta room for improvement some of the workers tend to be a bit and not as responsive as the Champions Gate location. read more

Washed everything pretty well except rear lift gate (see pictures). Hopefully this will be remedied, have not had this happen before.

Ive been signed on for unlimited washes for approximately 3 months now. The team that works here are so friendly and fun. One of the new guys dances while directing traffic into the wash. my car always comes out clean and their extra amenities are so nice. the vacuums and towels and sprays are above and beyond and it is so inexpensive. will only take my car here to get washed! read more

Terrible company. Brand new Ford ranger now has a busted windshield and ripped the wiper arm off. They offered to pay 300 dollars for 2200 worth of damage. Please don't use this company. Horrible company morals. read more

Awesome experience! Excellent customer service! Malik (forgive me for the spelling) did a great job explaining the different memberships... also he went the extra mile to make sure I got my receipt when the kiosk acted up! Loved that the car vacuums and mat cleaner were self serve. In these strange times it's nice to be able to help yourself. Definitely looking forward to using the unlimited car washes! read more

I have been going here for a while. At first, I loved it until one day while going through the wash my car bumper was pulled off and the paint was peeled off on parts of the bumper. I went in to make a report with the company in which was fine, I was told I was going to hear back from someone within 42 hours. After 3 days I did not receive a call, so I went back to the place. to which I went back and spoke to a manager named Eli. From the start, Eli acted like he didn't really care. Eli told me the report was lost and he couldn't locate it. I waited about 20 minutes before he finally found it. He retook pictures of my car and said I should hear back by tomorrow. I waited two days of not hearing back before I stopped by again. Eli was there again, Eli stated that they were not going to claim responsibility for the damage. Claiming it was my fault, that my car was damaged and the sign outside the wash claims they are not at fault for any damage, which is not true. Eli then told me it is what it is, and they were not going to do anything about it. So of course, I lost my Patient. I went back to the wash everyday till I could speak to his boss, but they were avoiding me. So, I contacted the home office and reported the issues. I went back today, and Eli was there again, I asked to speak to his boss in which he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He then stated they would not help me or be interested in helping because I had contacted the home office. So far, it's been 2 weeks and I'm still fighting this battle. read more

I was overall pleased with my visit. Largely contactless - you start out at a touchscreen to select what package you want. An employee came over to assist me - he was kind and helpful, but I was hoping for a contactless experience. Employee did wear a face mask and kept somewhat of a distance. After selecting your package an employee directs you into the wash and hand-sprays your windshield and back window with a cleaning solution, then it's off through the wash. It was quite fun, actually, with lots of brightly colored lights at different steps. (Remember to fold in your mirrors - I didn't!) Your next stop is the self-service vacuum stations - there are plenty and I do wish they had marked off every other spot for responsible social distancing. I purposely selected a space away from other customers and was partway through vacuuming my car when someone pulled up in the spot right next to my driver's door and were cleaning their car while not wearing face masks, so I was stuck waiting on them to finish as there was no way to approach the driver's side of my car while maintaining a distance from these other customers. Wish ModWash would have just not allowed someone to park right next to me by placing cones in every other space. Overall a good experience, happy with my wash. read more

I would definitely stay clear of this particular company, I got a car wash in December and in January I have recurring charges of $19.99 , please be advised that I did not ask for recurring charges ,All I did was pay for a $10 car wash and out of the goodness of their heart they decided that $19.99 recurring charges would appear every month,buthave done absolutely nothing to give me my money back, I had to call the bank and cancel the card before I realized was going on thinking that it was a fraudulent charge which in essence it really was as the $19.99 that was charged to me and withdrawn from my account was not authorized by me in any way shape or form, this company basically stole my money and it has done nothingBut give me excuses, customer service made the comment that since I already made a fraudulent claim with the bank ,the bank would give me my money back meaning they keep the $19.99 for themselves isn't that nice to know that's the kind of business they do read more

do NOT use this car wash because it damages your vehicle. They only keep tapes of you using the car wash for 30 days. The damage to my vehicle occurred over two months. They are refusing to fully restore my vehicles bumper. They did offer touch up paint and will not fully pay for it. read more

I got a new car a couple months ago and have had not problems with going to get a car wash before until I went to mod wash and my spoiler came off during the wash because of their equipment... never going here again read more
