the wash does a good job but i still have some bugs and bird poop on the front of my car.

Need the membership Lane reopened. Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to sign up for the membership. Also there plate readers are down so you have to wait for someone to let you through. I really hope they fix it or we might cancel. read more

We stopped by to give the new car wash a try today, we opted for the basic $12 wash. The highest was $29.95. Hands down the highest car wash price I've ever seen. The drive thru experience was fine, nothing new but fine, however the overall satisfaction of the clean was low. My car was still dirty. There was even a special bug wash area that we pre washed the front with and it was like unchanged after the wash. I'll never use this location again. read more

I did not want to do a Google Review or Yelp review as you are a new business and I wanted to contact you directly first. However, your customer advocate email does not accept incoming mail. Here is my review on my first two experiences going through your new wash. Background: I have been going to the same carwash for 28 years until on December 22, 2023 Berglund Toyota, who bought the property two years ago, closed it down. I have been trying to find a replacement carwash and trying the different ones in town. I was excited to see yours opening in a great spot for me where I am located going to and from work. I rotate 3 cars through each week meaning that 3 times a week minimum I am going through a wash. My first experience with your location was not what I expected. I thought being new, and probably having a startup team that was enthusiastic, I would have the red carpet laid out for me. I told the young employee that I was evaluating the carwash for not only myself but also looking for a replacement for a couple of vehicles where I work that had unlimited passes at our old carwash. The pricing, as she explained it, was within a dollar of the prices of the other washes in town, except, for grand opening the pricing was 1/2 price. She tried to sell me on the unlimited plan, but, I told her I would not invest in that until I experienced the quality of the carwash. When I pulled into the wash, the employee (a young man) in there was busy talking on his cell phone, waved me in and pointed to the sign with the instructions. I waited to see if my truck would get brushed in the difficult spots like the back window and back tailgate...no pre-brushing. The car wash did an okay job with the wash but nothing that set it apart from the other washes in town and the blowers at the end for drying were most inadequate for drying the vehicle off. They were stationary and did not get a lot of the water off where they did not reach on my Honda Ridgeline. (not a big truck) I was told they have a mat wash at the end, but, that mat wash does not wash anything but cheap flat mats, nothing with and edge or molding to it. There was a sink there but that meant I had to get out in my business attire and scrub mats in my dress clothes...not an option. Also, no tire treatment for my custom wheels and standard tires. As I said the wash was average, but, nothing that would motivate me to go out of the way to come again. A connection with the employees and an attitude of wanting to provide top notch/impressive service would have helped a lot. A few days later I brought my sedan through. When I mentioned that I was disappointed that my white vehicles were not being brushed or prepped with bug removal, like my old carwash, she stated, "...oh that is coming...a prep station is not built or opened yet but you can get out of your car and do that yourself when it is open!" I pointed to my work attire and said when I pay $24.00 for your top wash, and/or, buy the unlimited you keep trying to sell me, I do not expect to get out in my office clothes and pay you so I can prep my car myself for the wash. I told her, in a friendly tone, I can do that myself at home for free. Again, the wash was sufficient, but without the prep a white car does not get clean. My summary is that you need your best employees from other locations to help you with the startup and show others how to get people excited about your service so they return. Also, self-prep with brushes and bug spray is not going to work for me or my office vehicles, particularly at a price point that is equal to what other washes provide for about the same price. NOTE: Tell you employees to stay off the phone when interacting with customers. The impression is that the cell phone and friends is more important than the new customers. I hope something I said helps. I read your reviews online raving about the service and quality of the wash. That was not my experience and as for now my recommendation to my coworkers and friends is to use either the Road Runner of Zips carwash in town. Even if Road Runner or Zips forget or skip the prebrush, as they sometimes do, the quality of the wash and dry is superior to what I experienced.
