Trash cans were over filled . Air hose missing end. No wipe down towels were ever replaced. Tire shine was in my wash but never applied. The second top wash devise never dropped. I don't have a rack or anything on my roof. I don't feel like the same amount of wax was used like when they first opened..there not the same as when they first came to the area. I joined Mod Wash in Pleasantville, NJ because it was near my work and when I didn't go there I went to one of 2 locations near my home. Mostly 660 Berlin Cross Keys Rd, Sicklerville, NJ and when I decided to cancel my membership in 2025. I went to get my last wash and I asked the guy how do I cancel my membership and he said I can do that for you. Well I trusted him. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. It was never canceled and since January they have been charging me 36.24. I was thinking about rejoining until I realized I was still being charged the past 4 months. So I called and asked the last time I was through the car wash and the lady told me that I haven't been through the car wash this year. I said that's because I canceled it. She said I am sorry but the money is not refundable. So I am out all that money because he told me that they would cancel it for me and didn't because apparently you have to call Mod Wash directly and that wasn't what he told me. Went to mob wash for standard car wash, hoping that the tiny bugs stuck in my grill will come out but didn't. I liked that they had supplies to clean your tires yourself as well as a mat cleaner machine. My running board didn't get clean I also had to wipe that down myself. What makes me furious is that it seems that many consumers have been hit with a membership plan sign-up without their knowledge. Because one, why did your system save my credit card information and two why is your system on a daily basis trying to authorize this membership? Don't go to this location. BEWARE: use this car wash at your own risk. This car wash damaged my new truck. Plastic trim got caught in a brush and tore off a huge piece. Estimate of damage was 1000$. They acted as if it would be taken care of. Then ignored me for weeks. Then ignored my lawyer then the ignored the judge's summary judgement against them after they no showed in court. Then nothing. Legal system can't help you and they sure won't. Drive 1/2 mile down the road and go to another car wash. This one isn't worth it. 0 stars given if possible. The WORST. I stopped by the Modwash located on Berlin Crosskeys Rd in Sicklerville a couple of Saturdays ago. I was assisted by a young woman named Grace who told me about a promo that was being offered where if you paid $20 for a membership, you can get unlimited washes for a month. I told her that I didn't want it and opted for the $16 wash. I had signed up once before for their 30-day free promo and, after a couple of weeks went by, and I realized I wasn't using it, I went back and canceled it. I thought they might give me a hard time or try and talk me out of it. However, the person I dealt with was extremely polite and canceled it with no hassle. After I thought about it however, I changed my mind and asked Grace if I could pay the difference and take advantage of the $20 offer. She told me that it was no problem and that she just needed to speak with her manager, after which she told me to go in the office, and he would take care of me. I went in the office and spoke with a young man named Aiden. He was extremely polite and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. He refunded the money I'd paid for the wash, then charged me for the $20 promo wash instead. I received my refund within a few days. Every time I've gone to this Modwash, the employees I've encountered there have been friendly, helpful, and polite, and my car looks fantastic. I haven't gone tobany of the other Modwash locations, but if they're like the one at Crosskeys Rd, they must be great! read more

My car was ran thru Modwash in Sicklerville, NJ and was damaged. I have been taking my wife's car to Spark car wash for 10 years and never had a problem. I want to tried out the new Modwash in Sicklerville, NJ and car was DAMAGED. They said they would resolve the accident cause it had happened multiple times. When I called to get insurance information and resolved the problem. The area manager Paul Deaux told me that me that it was my fault. And they would NOT be covering the damages to my front , rear bumpers and side fender. Even thou the property manager told me it has happened before and he has told Modwash to fix the issue of there faulty equipment. I do not recommend this location. Warning!!! Do not do business with ModWash as they use deceptive business practices to use their subscription car wash service. Recently they had a promotion (according to the kid at the entrance) to sign up for a month for the price of one car wash. I did just that. Yet they enrolled me in a reoccurring subscription service that cannot be canceled if you have already paid. The practice is a horrible way to do business. You've been warned. read more

I think ModWash is great value for the monthly payment. I go as much as I want to wash my car and it's a great quality wash.

Update: I called their customer service line which was given to me in response to my initial review. Was on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. Called back, was on hold for another 5 mins. I then spoke with their customer service representative, who told me they would cancel this monthly reoccurring subscription they put on my debit card without my consent. I said thank you and they told me they had removed the monthly reoccurring subscription. Well.... Guess what... I check my account a month later and IM STILL BEING CHARGED. I usually go to the austintown ohio location and give that location five stars. I just went to the youngstown location on Belmont avenue and had to pay extra for an air freshener when they're free at austintown. If you're paying 24 for a wash, you really shouldn't have to pay extra for a stupid air freshener. How cheap can you get? read more

I really Like the car wash. Unfortunately I went there on 08-13-2023 to get my car washed. The attendant told me if I pay for a car wash now I get a free one in the future. I said sure, so I did. To my surprise they were charging me $35 dollars a month for a car wash I never used. If they told me it was a monthly subscription I would have said NO. Was signed up for a subscription for washes when I purchased a single wash without any notice. I handed my card to the attendant and asked for the wash we wanted and they put it into the kiosk and picked whatever options they didn't ask to up sell the sub or ask if we wanted it. If this is the way they do business I'd hate to think what would go down if your car was damaged or if there were any other issues with your wash. read more

This is the best car wash around. Besides having to wait for the employees to manually open there doors this is a great place with great management and customer service.
