I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I sent a text to who I assumed is the owner (John) about the foot pedals and another text asking for money back on the steam cleaning. No response. I was told the car would be ready in 1 -1.5 hrs. Over 2 hrs later, I called to find out if my car was done. It was close to being done and they offered an exterior wash. Sure. I got one. I picked up my car about 15 minutes later. I must say THE INTERIOR SHAMPOO WAS GREAT (5 stars). My car looked brand new inside. I recommended the company for getting cars cleaned. But, I have a major problem that I am hoping the company will remedy asap. The interior of the car was still damp and the cleaning smell (ammonia) was noticeable so I left the windows open for a few hours. 24 to 48 hours after that I returned to my car to see bubbles (in the form of long stripes) on every one of my tinted windows!! (0 stars) (Pics to come.) The ammonia was used to clean my tinted windows and that can REMOVE tint. I am hoping a $75 interior shampoo and $10 wash does not turn into a $200-300 tint replacement job at another company. I'm seeking a remedy from the company. I've called the company a number of times this morning to no avail (no answer) but I will update this review after I talk with them. UPDATE: The owner contacted me the morning after I post the review. (I had also called and left a message.) After bringing the car in that afternoon for them to assess, they asserted their products did not cause the damage. I explained that this had never happened before. In spite of the disagreement, they removed my old tint within a few days and replaced it within another few days after that.
