The coffee had that rich, smooth flavor that is hard to find, especially when so many places focus more on trends than the actual craft. I also really enjoyed their bagels, fresh, warm, and the perfect thing to have alongside a good coffee. Me and my partner had such a lovely experience there. The whole space felt like a real third place, somewhere that invites you to stay a little longer, talk, relax, and just enjoy being present. It had that comforting energy that makes you want to come back again and again. What stood out the most was the kindness of the baristas. They asked about our day, made us feel welcomed, and even took the time to explain the quality of their coffee beans. You can tell they genuinely care about both the coffee and the people walking through the door. That kind of warmth is rare. I'll definitely be becoming a regular from now on.

When I asked the cashier at the 18 minute mark for my money back if my drink had not been started yet I was told that it would be next. Why is there no designated barista for the inside customers?! Long story short after 20 mins still no drink and I was only refunded for my drink not the tip that I left obviously for nothing. Bad experience. No coffee. A lot of disappointment. If orders stop being accepted more than 30 minutes before closing, the posted hours should reflect that or a last-order time should be clearly communicated. I understand that many of the employees are young and appreciate that they are given the opportunity to work. However, the staff we encountered were rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience.

Several customers were being told they couldn't order despite the business still being open according to the posted hours. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Instead of politely explaining the situation or apologizing, the staff came across as rude and dismissive. If you plan to stop serving 30 minutes before closing, your hours should reflect that so customers don't waste their time driving over. Closing early is one thing, but being unfriendly to customers about it is another. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
