I am very disappointed with the response I received, or lack of, pertaining to a fuel pump…read moremalfunction. $30 worth of gasoline spilled onto the ground when the pump malfunctioned and did not shut off. I reported the spill to the employee on duty and spoke with the manager the next morning. The store manager in turn emailed her district manager. I have spoken with the store manager several times and as far as I can tell, she has had NO response from her district manager. I was simply wanting a refund on the spilled gasoline. I refuse to shop this store any longer even though it is by far the closest store to my home. My husband has a lawn care business and he no longer purchases his gasoline there either. It's too bad that customer service is nonexistent at this store.

One thing that I found interesting is that they have pure gasoline without ethanol available. The cashier informed me I would get a refund in 48 hours. Later I went into the store on 09/05/24 and had several items that I was buying and while I was paying for the items the same cashier was ringing up my items that was there on 09/03/24. I mentioned to him that I never got my refund placed back on my card and he kept on insisting it was yesterday and that he wasn't here two days ago. I told him it had been two days ago then told me that I needed to call my bank and I was just gonna let it go but he told me "you need to leave" that he has the right to refuse to serve me. I demanded that he call the police. The police then told me that I need to leave. Just because I told the cashier I never got my refund.

Skip this place. I miscalculated my mpg's vs fuel remaining while hauling a trailer with the…read morenorthern wind and was forced to stop. For one thing their prices are about $0.20 higher per gallon than the going rate. Second, the first pump I used only dripped out maybe a gallon every 10 minutes...so when I noticed after changing a kid's diaper that I only had 0.53 gallons I had to stop it and go to a different one (that was still pretty slow). Aggravating. I was thirsty but didn't want to give this company a dollar more so I didn't even go in the convenience store portion. Bathrooms are below average. Bottomline: get gas in Salina or Russell so you don't need to be here.
