When I arrived, they had a huge online order, because I was first in line, so I patiently waited for about 5 minutes before she could get to me. Then she finally asked what I wanted in a sarcastic way, so I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and before I could finish a sentence, she was over talking me asking me what else I wanted in my bowl. She had such a weird look on her face and I was being polite and nice while she was being rude. Then the guy took over with the rest of the ingredients and his attitude wasn't any better than hers. I then went to the register and she was very nice. I guess she picked up how I felt because she told me she would send me a coupon for a buy one get one free bowl( which I've never received and it's been 4 days). They will over-charge you compared to other locations and the portions are below-average. After placing your order the cashier will push the touchscreen in your face with the expectation that you should give a tip even when you are not being served. If you don't tip you get a bad attitude nasty looks and rude treatment. If you do tip you will not get a thank you because these people feel entitled. The pandemic is over and these are not essential workers. There is no need to tip when this place is self-service. The serving ware, table ware, cutlery, bags, and take-out items are knock-offs and not labeled as authentic Moe's. Disappointed to see how unsanitary the place was. The tea machines were filthy and could see they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The soda machine was also the same. The portions were very small and limited. Only filled up to half the bowl. Needless to say, the place needs upkeep and a deep clean. I should've taken pictures. You may be scratching your head as Moe's Southwest Grill is a fairly large franchise but when you're heading home to Nashville from a snazzy little vacation in Seaside... you only have so many options especially when you are a vegan. I would rather refrain from eating during the 8 hour than pop into a McDonald's. No thank you. My friends suggested Moe's as a healthier alternative and I succumbed especially when I realized that I could inhale tortilla chips and salsa. I don't know about you but I just can't have any portion control when it comes to spicy salsa and tortillas! I was pleasantly surprised by Moe's as they offered many veg friendly options including the Art Vandalay burrito which was stuffed with tofu, bean, and veggies. Add some iced tea, chips, and salsa for a tasty meal for under $10. The salads and rice bowls looked appealing too. I LOVED the salsa bar where you can scoop various versions and make visits back to refill if you inhale it the way that I do! Moe's provided a nice portion of chips which are included for free with your meal. I also really appreciate Moe's mission on providing low calorie, veg-friendly, gluten-free and sustainable products. They even promote Meatless Monday on their website! I may have to indulge in sporadic visits to the Moe's located in Nashville now too! read more

This is a pretty good Mexican food joint. Way better than Chipotle in my opinion. Never had any issues with this particular location. The employees have all been very friendly. Very clean and it's a convenient location. Only problem: everything is extra. Oh, you want queso on your burrito? That's $1 extra. Oh, you want a little container for your salsa? $1 extra. When did this establishment become a class less place. Moes used to have branded plastic food containers. I have not eaten at moes for a while and I ordered moes today and my food came in a styrofoam container a brand less syrofoam container that came from a bulk shopping club. My moes food experience was previously enhanced greatly by the presentation of my food their food was not good enough to want me to buy on its own without a little jazzy presentation and the plastic container they had before made the food more appealing. Seeing my food in these styrofoam containers makes my meal feel completely throw together like something I could cook and throw on a platter and serve. It is a shame and I will not be going here anymore. read more

I had an excellent experience at this location. First, I was greeted with a resounding "Welcome to Moe's!" when I entered. I know they are supposed to do that at every location, but these guys really gave it their all. Next, I went to the counter to order. The staff was friendly and responsive to my requests. I dined in for this meal. This location is extremely clean. I find most Moe's locations to be clean in general, however this one was especially clean. There was a manager present present to ensure that I was having a good experience, as well. I had a bowl, which was delicious. You have your workers lined up behind the glass like they are at a cafeteria in a nursing home. And then Moe's.. YOU asked ME to build my own taco. Next time get your workers out from behind there so I can show them how to do it. These folks are not chef's or even really cooks, Moe's. They are assembly line workers and am I to be entertained by the sheer delight of watching them follow my orders to build my own creation? To make it more fun you should just give me one of those coin operated cranes like the ones for fetching stuffed animals at the state fair or bowling alleys for loading up my own creation. One of the worst Moe's that I've ever visited. They are very skimpy with their ingredients and customer service is very inconsistent. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. This Moe's is pretty much the same as all other Moe's since it's a chain restaurant. However, I prefer the one out in Eastchase, which is a bit cleaner and brighter. Anyways, I still love their burritos and tacos. Most of the meals come with free chips and self service salsa bar. Also I noticed that they are going the same route as a lot of other mexican restaurants with the grass-fed beef and cage-free chicken. Love that. read more

Underwhelming. Got a 'close talker' salad to go and was given a stale-tasting shell. Texture of the shell was tough and a bit chewy. Meat portions are small. Romaine lettuce cuts were huge and the pieces were soft and warm, not crispy (or even very green). Definitely not fresh. read more

WELCOME TO MOE's! Just down the street from us, this place is a little gem. Their proportions are huge! My husband and I share a bowl with EVERYTHING. QUALITY OF FOOD: Very Good. Their tofu is organic and the rest (meat) has no added hormones, etc. I'm not a soda fan, but when I do feel like some, it's got to be ginger ale and they're one of the few places that offer this (Seagrams - soda machine). SERVICE: Great. The manager, especially is always friendly and helpful. You can also enter your phone number each time you purchase a meal, and after doing so 10 times you get a freebie something :-). (I haven't been "spammed" at my number by them, so no worries.) Worst Moe's experience ever!!! I don't normally review chain restaurants as the are all basically the same. I will break habit if it is exceptionally good or awful. Burritos were half the size of the ones I am used to getting back home in Oklahoma. Skimpt on everything rice, bean, and chicken. The cilantro was not chopped and was leafy. Was charged extra for bacon on a chicken club burrito. They were basically out of the chipotle sauce that goes on the burrito. Should have known that before telling me they could make it. "Welcome to Moe's", which I heared when I go to eat in or carry out and sometimes I get a chuckle because of how they say it like they're enjoying saying it, but it puts a smile on my face. Friendly people though. When I do go there sometimes, I like to get their Close Talker when I make a stop during lunch or on my way home. If I don't get the Close Talker, I'll get the Billy Barou both with the steak tips including the toppings added with it also. I also like the Tomatillo sauce to use it either to put some in the Close Talker or a dipping sauce for the chips on the side which I love because it's a little spicy with a hint of saltiness in the mix. I love their sweet tea when they have it just right, even though they do sometimes have it too sweet like today that I have to mixed the unsweetened tea with it but not too often. My only thing is to stop being nippy with the toppings that is placed on orders by the customers because the prices is to closed to $8 or more so we should get our monies worth. read more

Over time I have noticed the size of the burritos are getting smaller. I do not know if this is a trend at all the Moes but it is happening here.
