In Dec. 2024 we hired them again to fabricate and install a simple frameless shower in our master bath. We were told it would be completed in 1st week of Jan 2025. They didn't get it installed at all in January. In Feb. We started requesting a new completion date from them. Time and time again, they promised the work would be completed. They were apologetic and said they would make things right with us. At the end of Feb. We received promises that "the work will be done by the end of the week no matter what." Well that date has come and gone with no phone call or communication from Rocky Mountain Glass and Shower. They simply abandoned our project in the middle of it. On March 2nd, were were forced to find another glass contractor to finish their work. We are extremely disappointed and disgusted with their lack of integrity. We absolutely will NOT use them again and would not recommend them to do any kind of work.

I had to replace 5 panes of glass and got each pane cut to size by Adams County Glass. I had to come back to get a replacement pane for one that I broke and they cut the replacement for free! There was no pressure to buy their vinyl windows and they had no problem accommodating me in my decision to spend much less with them.
