I took my vehicle in originally to All Okay a few months ago before a trip out to Florida. I am a single woman and did not want to take any chances on breaking down during the drive. They thoroughly checked it out, gave me a detailed estimate, the prices were very reasonable, and there was no pressure to get all the repairs done. At the initial inspection there was quite a bit of work that needed to be done so Josh helped me prioritize what I needed todo at that time to keep me safe on the road. Never any pressure. I am back now after a safe non eventful trip and just had the rest of the much needed work done. I have found my "go to" mechanic and could not be happier! They have a really smooth operation from making the appointment with Anita who is professional and very knowledgeable, to Josh and his team who did the work, all the while keeping me apprised of how it was going and sending me pics of the work before and after. I called Truck Stuff and their receptionist was very nice, and offered to let me talk to their installer. The installer, who was on his way out the door for vacation, stayed long enough for me to take my truck down so he could have a look. Not only did he fix the issue without any backside support or parts from Undercover, but when I asked him how much I owed him, he said "whatever you feel it's worth." Needless to say, I paid him well. You don't get service like this anymore; Truck Stuff earned a repeat customer here, and I won't soon forget it.

I was looking for a egg yoke for my dump truck. He call around and found me one out of Tennessee, Who ever he was talking to said that they had one that match, I told him to measure it from the inside for it can fit. He measure it and told me it would be 25 thousand millimeters smaller then mine I told him it would work. I told him could he overnight it, he said he could but it might coast more then the part I told him that's fine. Saturday at 2.45 pm he call and said it was here, I drove 50 min from my house to go there and when I got there the part look use and the inside have grooves, one side was warn down so I ask him to measure it for me and he told me it was 50 millimeters smaller, before he order it he told me the guy said 25 thousand millimeters smaller so I ask him what I owe he said $ 130 I said they charge me $80 for 3 pounds ship he told me yes.... So I get back to my mechanic shop and we measure the egg yoke it was 75 thousand millimeters smaller, I also check with Ups and the told me it was not 80 to ship the egg yoke... So Please do not go here, There price gouging and KENNY WOODWARD LIED TO ME!!!!!!!!
