I chose Airtime Inflatables after researching a few local companies - they had the best reviews, great selection, and you actually got to keep the rental for 24 hours. They lived up to their word! Delivery was on the earlier side of my estimated window, the product (large bouncer with slide) was great and a hit (and my husband said he watched it being sanitized during set-up), and no issues with pick-up the next morning. We will be renting from here again in the future!

They told us to just leave the chairs set up on the deck, no need to close and stack them, and they would come back in the morning to pick them up which I thought was fantastic. It was a complete success and everyone had a blast! There were bounce houses, snow cone machines, cotton candy machines... the kids went crazy. If there is anything I've learned about associate events, is that if you keep the kids happy, then the parents are happy. The staff delivered all the equipment as promised, set everything up, and took everything down. It was extremely professional and so easy for the party planners. They didn't have to lift a finger. We made the mistake of renting a grill from another company and it was a huge ordeal just trying to get them to come pick it up. I'm not sure if Jumpin4Joy does rents grills, but it was still nice that they made the event seem seamless from start to finish. Really, the last thing you want is to have several extra hours for prep time, because a company you hired to provide a service or service is giving you the 2nd class treatment. You want to go, have fun, and go home. Jumpin4Joy knows this and treats their customers accordingly. All the staff on hand were extremely polite and helpful - very great experience. To my understanding, they service the Dupage and Cook Counties. If you're just outside of that area, then I would still visit their website and give them a call to see if they cover your area. We met him at a local Starbucks and started talking about our love story. This lead into some productive conversations about where we should honeymoon- something we'd be having trouble deciding on. After getting his advice and learning a little about him (my fiancé and him bonded over their love of tinkering with cars)- we got down to details. We looked at the different packages offered and Benny helped chose the one that fit our needs. He was extremely likable and we liked his DJ philosophy to work the crowd (I won't give it away- book him to find out). We decided on the car ride home that we were both excited to work with Benny. We immediately got the DJ tools but let them sit in our inbox for quite some time. When we were a few weeks out, we decided to sit down and make all our final DJ decisions- from there, we did a final call with Benny, running though our choices and all wedding party names. The day of, he showed up on time, worked with our day of coordinator to get set up, and assisted with pushing the day along to keep it on time. He was wonderful- heard but not seen. Haha.
