From the very first call to setup and subsequent pickup of the tent, chairs, linens, etc... after the event... Everything was flawless. Chris and his team had it all covered from start to finish. A few things to note since this was being setup in a back yard of a home... -They use barrels of water to secure the tent if spikes are out of the question. This did matter since some competitors use cement blocks that we did NOT want transported over grass for fear of "ruts". As it turns out we did not need weights so it was a moot point but again could have been an issue with competitors. -They will place the order for underground location of utilities (Julie). We jumped the gun and placed the order with JULIE ourselves, but this is part of their standard operating procedure when needed. All equipment was clean and in perfect condition, delivered. and picked up on time. All instructions communicated clearly and concisely. I picked up the chairs and the warehouse guys helped load them into my car, unload, etc. But then recently, I inquired about renting tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?
