Jon and his team came in and masterfully demo'ed our kitchen, in exactly the way we wanted, and left the place spotless. My wife is very sensitive to dust and was pretty anxious about this process in the days leading up to it, and Jon made himself available to answer any questions and communicate what to expect so there were no surprises. They made sure to use air scrubbers and kept the house well separated with encapsulating tarps so no dust entered our living spaces. SCV Junk Removal handled the demo of our powder room that needed to happen for a renovation and they did an excellent job. I was first in contact with the owner, Jonathan, who was extremely friendly, communicative, and excellent to coordinate with over the phone. He was able to fit us in just a few days after our initial call. Scott and Will were the two workers who completed the entire demo and they were very punctual arriving right on time and got fast to work on setting up their workspace to protect our home and get started right away. They were also highly considerate every step of the demo, we of course expected it to get extremely loud at times as it was a demo, but anytime they knew their work was about to be at its loudest they always gave us a polite heads up along with a rough time estimate for how long it would last. So professional and considerate! What makes Jonathan, Scott, and Will's work so outstanding above all was their constant communication throughout the entire project. If you have ever done a full remodel of a room before then you know the up's and down's that naturally happen when you run into the unexpected. Anytime a potential problem came up, Scott and Will immediately notified us of what they came across and then Jonathan was on the phone with us minutes later as the project manager to tell us what he felt our best options were so that we could decide from there. For example, when they were in the middle of demo'ing the linoleum floor there were some stubborn pieces that were very difficult to scrape the last few bits out. They knew we had a tile person that would be coming in later in the process so they made sure we could loop him in before proceeding so that the tile guy would be able to do his job properly. Talk about being so considerate of our entire renovation process by looking ahead to the step that happens long after they are done! They could have easily just completed the demo part of the job however they wanted just to finish it without saying anything, but instead they were always keeping us informed and letting us know all of our options every step of the way so that our renovation could continue to go smoothly long after their part was done. Overall, what matters most to us whenever we do a home renovation is to have people onboard that not only communicate well every step of the way, but also ones that really care about doing the job correctly and efficiently and these guys went above and beyond. I called around to find someone to come haul off a bunch of old fascia boards & other misc junk from a house that we did a full exterior repaint & full fascia board & wood trim replacement in canyon country. The owner actually answered on the first call which was great.. super professional, friendly and was able to give me a ballpark price with a picture. He quoted me around $700 for the job which I thought was reasonable but the best part was after they were done the price ended up being $550 I would have gladly paid the $700 and been happy. but the fact that he lowered the pricing because it didn't fill his trailer all the way up truly shows his integrity, professionalism and honesty.
