Dr. Elfarra and his team are truly amazing. They are all kind and compassionate with kids and parents alike; this alone makes the biggest difference. Every dental assistant was so great with both of our kids ( 4 & 2 years old) and remained patient and understanding when our kids were reasonably scared or reluctant during the exams. They even got a full set of X-rays on both kids! The last office we went to didn't even try. We were recently seen by another pediatric dentistry and left feeling like we were bad parents because our kids both had a few (or many) cavities. Dr. Elfarra reassured us that they were treatable and that sometimes genetics come in to play. The previous dentist told me my daughter's cavities were from nursing and nothing else, and that I needed to wean off. Here, the staff gave a much more compassionate response AND a suitable treatment plan for both kids to achieve healthier teeth. Dr. Elfarra and his awesome staff played with our kids and offered such a friendly and fun environment; my son left saying he had so much fun!! This is exactly the kind of office that was meant to take care of young children and offer reassurance to their parents and families. Dr. Mohammad Elfarra is amazing!!!! My daughter went to him to get a tooth extracted a few days ago and he and his staff are so amazing with her and she let them get it done. She usually goes to Bethel Kids Dental (which I probably won't take her to anymore or recommend) and the dentist at Bethel will not work with her. If she flinches or makes a noise the dentists and staff give up on her and classify her as being difficult when she is not. She is a normal kid that is nervous for the dentist and they don't know how to work with or comfort kids. They also did crappy work on my daughter's teeth and now Dr. Mohammad will have to fix it. Dr. Mohammad and his staff on the other hand are very good with kids. They know how to talk to them and work with them and make them feel comfortable with any procedure no matter how little or how big. I was recommended by my brother who brings our niece there who is Autistic. The staff there is amazing with her! I will definitely bring my kids back there. Been taking my kids to this Dentist Office since Day 1 and they have had an excellent experience every single time! Dr Elfarra has excellent people skills and knows how to communicate professionally with the parents, and go into kid mode and talk to his patients so they are less scared and nervous about the procedures. He talks to them continuously throughout the whole procedure to provide that reassurance and help with the children's confidence. My son loves coming to see Dr. Elfarra. The office is very kid friendly with tanks of fish and turtles and always a fun movie playing. I love that they have TV's on the ceiling to keep kids occupied while in the chair. My son had always been very apprehensive at the dentist but was able to sit through fillings and other treatment without any tears here. My daughter is 2 and doesn't love come as much as her big brother, but the assistants are very patient and spoil her with goodies and stickers. Dr. Elfarra best kid's dentist we have ever seen. I drive from another city to take my kids to him. My son was always very nervous and super scared, freaks out and extremely hard to deal with. Dr. Elfarra changed all that. He's just fine going to the dentist now. He talks to him and always knows what to say. My son says he's a cool guy :) He's great with kids. My son is 9 and had a tooth pulled, he was so scared and it was tough for mom too but Dr. Elfarra explains what he's doing and puts him right at ease every time. Just left Dr. Elfarra's office and what a great experience! We were welcomed by a cute sign in the waiting room with my sons name on it. Brianna did a amazing job being patient with his cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Elfarra did his exam and was very informative and did great with my son. Dr. Farra and his staff are extremely good at what they do. My wife and I really appreciate the great care they provide to my daughter is who 4 years old. Dr. Farra is extremely gentle and kind, and always takes the time to explain how her teeth look, what needs to be done at her age to keep them healthy, and when we had an emergency (broken root from trampoline accident) he told us he could see us anytime, even on the weekend, if we needed emergency work. Luckily the tooth is healing and did not need to be pulled. Our hygienist Jan, is also great with our daughter. She's very thorough with her cleanings and makes sure my little girls is always comfortable. read more

AMAZING, PATIENT, CARING, UNDERSTANDING, GENTLE and so much more. Dr. El Farra did an amazing job on my 7 year old who is very fearful of needles. Who didn't like that fact that people were touching his face. He showed him step by step how he was going to get those "sugar bugs" out. Listen to him and why he was so scared. Let him know that he is there to help him. Before he came in he was panicking and crying with the nurse who was also amazing thank you Rosie! She stopped her task of just sealing his tooth. Just sealing his tooth freaked him no instruments or drills were being used. That was how scared he was! Risie told me that the Dr. is amazing at calming the kids down and he did! My son didn't even know he got two shots! The rest was history he sat threw a crown and and cavity getting fixed without crying! He is great I recommend anyone with young child to them, you don't find many like him! He is a all star and as my son said a "cool bro" to us! Last thing he cares enough to find out the kids like activities and stuff so he has stuff to talk to them about! The way he walks up to greet them is like he knew them for a while!
