Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in. No forgiveness from them and I have no forgiveness for them.

Dr. Moshref submitted a insurance code for E.D. to my insurance company after I had suggested he use the same code that was used by a specialist that found this testosterone defiency from long term use of opiate medication. He ignored me and just put down the E.D. Code which i never said anything about that condition because that's not an issue. So having said all of that and showed him the code to use he did nothing to try to reverse it and so I'm stuck paying 412.00 lab bill. if you have this doctor change your doctor and if your looking for a doctor keep looking all he wants is your co pay. I would encourage you to do this before coming into the facility. It just makes things easier. Once in the facility things were pretty easy. The check in process was no problem. Though it helped that I was the only one there. Elliot checked me in. She was very professional and friendly and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes to get into an exam room. The team was staffed with a nurse and a Nurse Practitioner. I waited in the exam room for about 25 minutes before the Practitioner arrived. The process was very straight forward, professional and comfortable. I felt like I was given an accurate diagnosis and helpful treatment plan. I would not hesitate to give this place a try.
