NOPE! Not again! I've been going to Quest for almost two…read moreyears now. I go at least once to twice a year. Recently I've had to go about once a month. In the last two months, there has been some of the worst service! No is up front to greet you because the person that is greeting is also the one taking your sample(s). So when you check in, there is no way to know if anyone knows you're there! Last month I went, the lady had no idea how to 'code the samples' so needed to call someone else to find out. That appointment took almost 45 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I left. I wasn't called into my appointment until 15 min after my appointment. Today, there is, again, no one up front. I waited 5-7 minutes and then open the door and go back to the 'restricted' area. I ask the first person I see, 'is there anyone up front?' She replies, 'I am as soon as I'm done here.' She had a person that she was taking a sample from in the chair. This appointment only took 20 minutes from my scheduled time, so arguably, an improvement. The lady did have quite an attitude while she was taking my sample, but that's the way it goes. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I have given them more than enough chances to see if their service improved and honestly in the last two years it has gotten worse.

She answers all my wife's (and my) questions without ever sounding patronizing/condescending or making us feel stupid. Her demeanor is very easygoing, but not aloof. This is a group that works together, so since Dr. Fouts wasn't on call, Dr. Haley delivered our first child, and Dr. Davis our second. As one of the nurses at Dupont Hospital said, "I can't think of a negative thing to say about any doctor in this group." In my opinion that's high praise from a labor and delivery nurse, especially one that doesn't work for these guys directly.

Their computers werent working, their Wi-Fi wasn't working, lights weren't all working, and he waited patiently as they said they couldn't find what they needed and had to fill it all out by hand. Didn't have the best experience, but thought okay that's not absolutely horrible, it's way cheaper than hospital so we'll deal to save money.. WRONG!!! We get our bill way later, and even though they quoted me LESS THAN $200, I get a bill for almost $500!! I was so upset, I called to talk to them and I was nothing but nice, then I got a little frustrated so I said how is that fair, how is that right? That you quoted me $200 so I go there instead of the hospital and get it done and I get a bill for almost triple the amount? The same as the hospital?? That's not ok. How is this ok?? And on top of that it was a week later, and I didn't see any of his results and I had to call to get them released to me. The lady was very very rude and disrespectful. But eventually, she said okay how about $200, is that okay? And I'm like well yeah that's what you originally quoted me, Im thinking I mean it's like $30 more but sure fine thinking I don't want to deal with this so it's worth it. So I paid it, and asked if she could send me a receipt stating that I paid off the entire balance and she said yes. So over a week later, we get a bill in the mail saying we payed $200 on it and that I owe another $300!?! Are you kidding me??? And to make matters even worse, it's well over two weeks later and his doctor STILL doesn't even have any of his results!!! What's going on?! HOW are they still in business!? HOW is this ok???? BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT GO HERE. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!

I was a few days away from a business trip to California, and I needed to see a doctor. I was…read moresuffering from a skin condition in my scalp that was bothersome and painful. I did not have time to see a dermatologist as the earlier appointment was well after my time in California. I needed immediate relief. I was in Fort Wayne and decided to go to Physicians Urgent Care as it was listed on my insurance plan. I came in and asked to see a doctor. After filling out some paperwork, i waited my turn. I noticed most of the people in the urgent care that day were people to do mandatory testing for work. After about 20 minutes, I was taken inside and spoke with a nurse and told her my issue. She saw the problem and said a doc would come in a bit. Another 15 minutes later, spoke with the doctor and explained the situation. He prescribed me some doxycycline and prednisone. After a few days of taking the meds, I was in good shape. If you need to see a doc quickly but its not something for the ER, go to Physicians Urgent Care!
