Though it helped that I was the only one there. Elliot checked me in. She was very professional and friendly and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes to get into an exam room. The team was staffed with a nurse and a Nurse Practitioner. I waited in the exam room for about 25 minutes before the Practitioner arrived. The process was very straight forward, professional and comfortable. I felt like I was given an accurate diagnosis and helpful treatment plan. I would not hesitate to give this place a try.

My experience is the ER when I first arrived was great but fell short fast once I got up to Labor & Delivery. Once in my gown, a nurse came into my room stating they were going to send me back downstairs to ER and that I should have never came up there (couldn't tell you the nurse's name because she never once told me it). That's when I mentioned that the ER nurse had called they gave the okay to come up to which she responded "of course they did" and rolled her eyes. As if that wasn't awesome enough, once she left the room I heard her ask the other staff if I had walked upstairs or taken a wheelchair--- walked--- "I told you she's fine". The whole experience was horrific and I am not looking forward to giving birth there in the next couple weeks. Sad that they treat expecting mother's in such a manner during such a vulnerable time. Talk about the DuPont Difference.

They have outsourced to Labcorp. There is only one Labcorp facility that has any hours outside of regular business hours. That facility did not appear to be open 20 minutes after their scheduled opening time on Saturday. The paper you asked staff to supply to patients says that this decision "will enhance patient care." It has done exactly the opposite. Because of the familiarity we had by regularly using your hospital for routine things, it made us more inclined to use your hospital for urgent issues. I don't know what was driving this decision. If you are trying to be like Parkview, please stop. The one thing you have going for you is that you are not Parkview.

They were very professional and kind as they confirmed my eye infection. This was an abnormal office visit as it was just Dr. Kim and our family. He methodically and expeditiously worked us through the enrollment process - not his gig I'm sure. Dr. Kim was excellent about explaining what was happening and what was coming next. He had to inflict some pain on me but was very gentle and encouraging as we got through a tough situation together. The sign is easy to see. Making a U-turn if you are going east bound is a challenge. Otherwise not too difficult to find. There is plenty of parking near the entrance. The lobby is large and comfortable. The whole facility has a bit of a dated feel though it has nice wooden floors and trim. The staff here was very friendly for the first visit. The were helpful getting paperwork done and setting up the next visit. I honestly don't know all the types of services they offer. In my case...the first two visits have been excellent!
