There is absolutely nothing I can say nice about this practice. They take NO time to talk to you,…read morejust order tests and rush you out the door. No paperwork is ever given as to what just happened or what to expect for ANY procedure. I think I would have gotten better treatment in a third world country. I went to them three times so this was not a one-off bad experience. Just a horrible practice in every way.

Dr. Haseebuddin is probably a fine and great Dr but when you get referred to him from Frederick…read moreMemorial Hospital because you ended up in the ER for a kidney stone, and then you never see him for said issue, that's a problem. His PA rushed me through both the initial appointment and follow up appointment. For having just gone through the worst pain of my life (I know, it's "just" a kidney stone, but they're awful!), I expected a bit more care and attention from a Urologist's office. Also, don't even try to contact their office. If you have appointment or insurance or billing issues you'll speak to someone who didn't identify themselves at the start of the call so you don't know if you're speaking to the correct person. And his support staff might as well be a corporate call center and not a family office. There's nothing "family" about Family Urology. If Dr. haseebuddin is such a great Dr, he really needs to reassess his support staff and structure because it's impossible to work with his team.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Cynthia Moorman in Frederick, Maryland, and I cannot…read morerecommend her highly enough. After a disappointing experience with local urologists, I was referred to her and was immediately impressed by her exceptional clinical expertise and deep knowledge of urology. What truly stands out about Dr. Moorman is her patient-centered approach. During our consultations, she took the time to listen to my concerns and engage with me thoroughly, creating a supportive therapeutic environment. This level of attentiveness made the entire treatment experience much more comfortable. Travelling 35 miles may seem like a hassle, but the quality of care I received from Dr. Moorman made every trip worth it. She addressed my urological issues related to aging with procedures that were significantly less painful than those I had experienced before. Additionally, she helped me navigate the financial aspects of my treatment by finding affordable medication alternatives when I faced cost challenges. Dr. Moorman's genuine concern for her patients and personalized care truly set her apart. If you need urological care, I wholeheartedly recommend her; you will be in excellent hands. I love Dr. Moorman and Sandra Rizzo. I have had urology problems since I was little so I have been…read morethrough it with urologists. Dr. Moorman is friendly and professional, but most of all kind. She knows her stuff. Sandra is knowledgeable and friendly too. You may have to wait sometimes to be seen but that is only because she is one of the few urologists that don't turn away new patients. I took my son to Dr. Moorman when he was little and they connected. He was usually shy around doctors but she had him talking. When I had a kidney stone back in 2018, she saw me in the emergency room and it was on a weekend. She was kept busy with other patients but she took the time to explain everything to me. I had a stent put in that night because she couldn't blast the stone because it was too near the kidney and I had a UTI too. She worked me and the other urology patients from the ER into her schedule for the next week. I later had the stone blasted. I have gone through numerous UTI's since then and she has worked with my limited list of meds that I can take and I haven't had one in two years now. I was on antibiotics a lot as a kid and am either resistant or have had reactions to most meds. She and Sandra didn't give up. I would highly recommend either one. They are worth the wait. I am pretty sure they work through lunch most of the time with maybe a bite or two of a sandwich between patients.
