Also, don't even try to contact their office. If you have appointment or insurance or billing issues you'll speak to someone who didn't identify themselves at the start of the call so you don't know if you're speaking to the correct person. And his support staff might as well be a corporate call center and not a family office. There's nothing "family" about Family Urology. If Dr. haseebuddin is such a great Dr, he really needs to reassess his support staff and structure because it's impossible to work with his team.

She knows her stuff. Sandra is knowledgeable and friendly too. You may have to wait sometimes to be seen but that is only because she is one of the few urologists that don't turn away new patients. I took my son to Dr. Moorman when he was little and they connected. He was usually shy around doctors but she had him talking. When I had a kidney stone back in 2018, she saw me in the emergency room and it was on a weekend. She was kept busy with other patients but she took the time to explain everything to me. I had a stent put in that night because she couldn't blast the stone because it was too near the kidney and I had a UTI too. She worked me and the other urology patients from the ER into her schedule for the next week. I later had the stone blasted. I have gone through numerous UTI's since then and she has worked with my limited list of meds that I can take and I haven't had one in two years now. I was on antibiotics a lot as a kid and am either resistant or have had reactions to most meds. She and Sandra didn't give up. I would highly recommend either one. They are worth the wait. I am pretty sure they work through lunch most of the time with maybe a bite or two of a sandwich between patients.

Dr. Young's nurse called to schedule an appointment for a cystotomy. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes and a fantastic nurse assisted Dr. Young. The procedure was over and I didn't know it had started. She explained the next steps for treatment in layman's terms. I have all the confidence in the world in Dr. Young. Her greatest attributes are her bedside manner, professionalism, caring, and knowledge.

If you live in MD the entire urology system is owned by the robotic United Urology. The phone system is horrible and you will NOT get a human in the office. UPMC Hanover Urology is very personable. Press 1 and get a human in office. They are super nice and caring. I got through passing three stones with the advice and meds from Dr Guo. I'm grateful he is around and operates a great friendly practice. He even does surgery twice a week if people are miserable passing a stone. I fortunately didn't need it but glad it was an option.
