But! the first place I was shown was an absolute dump. The lot was good and the outbuilding okay, but the trailer was filthy and worthless, beyond a fixer upper. I know about this stuff I used to be a building contractor, and am doing a mobile renovation in WA now. The second place I saw was okay, and had been cleaned up, but was on a very stark lot with no outbuilding it had no appeal to me. And had evidence of water damage, serious roof leaks and window leaks. Not for me now. I don't think the agent showing the properties spent any time prior researching/looking at some properties that may be of interest to me. And I would take the first dump off the list, and not show it at least until it had been cleaned up. Not a very good first impression of Kingman.

I told Chuck I was interested in real estate in the area but as I didn't have a real plan and was exploring I didn't have a lot of details. Undeterred, Chuck pulled out a notepad and started guiding me through some basic information about what I was looking for in a property. By the time my conversation with Chuck was over he had spent about 30 minutes telling me about Kingman and the surrounding areas. Chuck printed out a current list of properties that generally fit what I was looking for and gave me a map of the town with the different areas of the town highlighted that I should or shouldn't look in. Overall the whole experience with Chuck was positive and extremely informative. Chuck didn't try to pressure me to give him lots of personal information. Chuck seemed genuinely happy to spend time educating me about the area so that I could make an informed decision about purchasing real estate in the Kingman area.

Unprofessional and lazy. Paid 2k in full (cash in hand) for them to survey my property. They found the 1911 copper pins and that's it. If they told me that's all the service provided for that much money I would have taken my money to competent engineers who could have at least given me an aerial view of the property OR even show me where the adjacent properties lay.
