BEWARE This company…read moredoes not secure their load of rock. Just like the previous reviewer, on 5/9/21 I was driving with my family east on I-10, about 25 miles outside of Phoenix when several rocks began falling out of the top of the truck. This caused damage to the front of my vehicle. I immediately pulled over to let the truck pass and pulled back up alongside of it. I retrieved the license plate and company name along with the truck number (truck #10). I called their company to report the dangerous truck and load and a woman answered and when i told her what had happened she responded "huh, i'll let the driver know" then she immediately hung up. I attempted to call 6 more times and she would not answer. I then immediately called Arizona Highway Patrol and met an officer at the next exit and gave him a full report to which he assured me that I reported the entire incident to my insurance company including the company's information. In speaking to my claims agent, he reports that his attempts to contact the company have failed as well as this company is even ignoring his calls. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Not only do they operate dangerously with unsecured loads spitting rocks all over other vehicles at 75 mph, they also are rude and evasive which is a bad combo for anyone who runs a business.

On the last day, one of the workers stayed behind and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I didn't tell them, but the plumber came to see that everything was going well. During our conversation, I asked him if he wanted to check on the work being done. He said that he had never had a problem with their work, and if I were to ask him, they are one of the best in town. They routinely showed up on time, worked hard, respectful of my property and we're very organised throughout. Construction projects can be very stressful, but this team really knows what they are doing and makes things as easy as possible. We had no issues with the independent soils engineers overseeing the project and their work passed first time for both pads. As before, this team is highly recommended.

The bid he gave me was more than fair. To do the work I wanted, he had to move some heavy stuff around my yard with his equipment. Which he didn't jack up his price for. He also took a small load of trash to the dump for me cause he was going anyway. He went above and beyond. I'm very happy with the work he did. Total professional outfit. The detail and expertise is that which cannot be measured and cannot be replaced. Any work done by Tri-Sun are those of such quality that they are not replaceable. They actually care about their work and the end result. I feel indeed humbled that they would take time to work on my home and treat both projects like as important as a million dollar client. This can-do attitude shows in all employees. My only regret in this post is not being able to post photos of the work they had done for me. They are the best for this type of work.
