I called and was told the plumber would call me back. Vernon called me back within 2 hours we set up for him to come the next day. He showed up as promised and replaced a kitchen faucet and reset a toilet that the flange had rusted out. Very reasonably priced. I had a water heater that was beyond it's expiration date. Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. He proceeded to leave saying he could fix it but changed a diagnostic fee of $113. They sent a different crew a few days later; who asked for significantly more money to fix it and refused to deduct the $113 from the price. I would recommend calling a different plumber. This was the worst company I have dealt with and seems to be causing additional damage on purpose in hopes of driving up the amount they can charge.
