I'm staying at the Aquarius in Laughlin. I've watched these guys work non-stop in 120 degree weather. They must have had an emergency leak - cause they are in the valet area. Good job, guys! I don't know how you are doing this! I would hire them in a heartbeat. Obviously hard working guys!

Our kitchen sink had backed up calling around to different plumbers only to find out they didn't deal with drains .. My home in Needles Ca was having problems with the city pressure applied to my home. Turns out my pressure regulating valve had failed, causing havoc with my water heater Pressure relief valve. My call to them got them to my home in a timely manner, and the Tech was super nice. They had my problem solved and back to normal in a matter of a few hours. Terrible experience. I live out of the area and called these guys to fix several massive leaks at my mobile home in Topock. They called me and told me all of the leaks were fixed, and I happily paid the invoice over the phone. Went to the property later that day I realized the water had not been turned on (how do you find water leaks without water?). Turned on the water and found that not a single leak had been repaired. Billed me for 2 hours work; cameras at the property and neighbors tell me they were there for 15 minutes tops.... no integrity. More importantly they have wasted my time. I made another trip out to meet with one of their plumbers to explain what they had "fixed", and they couldn't show me any new work. After promising to "make it right"and "the owner is going to call you" they did nothing. When I called them to follow up, they got rude and never called back with a solution as promised. read more

Thank you for such an easy transaction and for being an honest company. We had a leak at our BHC house and they had a plumber their first thing in the A.M. It turned out to be just an inexpensive part and they did not try to make it a bigger problem than what it was. read more

The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have.
