Two days later the problem returned. They came back and the technician said "System was air bound from when the pump was replaced. I had to bleed some air out of the system. " Two weeks later the same, thermostat won't go above 66 degrees and they were reassigned by the warranty company even though I asked for another company because they had gone there twice and didn't fix the problem. I called to schedule and a lady named Taylor said she's call me back. As she called back she said they were over an hour away from our property and refused to go back stating Choice Warranty wanted them to do the work for free. The issue with our heating was never fixed by them, their technician doesn't know what he's doing and they refused to return and fix the problem. We have not received a diagnosis or anything from them. Their customer service is not good either as the lady was rude and treated me as if I was asking for free services when all I did was call to schedule service as advised by the warranty company.

He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, was very respectable & informed me to keep track on replacing my filters on my calendar. It definitely made sense for my filter was way to clogged to be doing it's work like it should. It now is on my calendar every 3 months to remind me. I have never been disappointed in having Angelo Chiodo for many years. When I called the clerk on the phone was quick to set up my appointment also. They are on time and their work is excellent…read more They just cleaned two furnaces and the work was done with some comments about the future need of a 22 year old furnace, but no pressure to replace this year. Back in May their employee notice a serious problem, something I would not have noticed and could have severely injured me, apparently there had been an arc. M&R installed my furnace and A/C 5 Years ago and did an excellent Job. Since then they have…read moremaintained my equipment. Recently my house kept getting cold and thermostat would read 4 degrees below the set temp before the furnace would turn on and when it did, the air flow was weak. So of course I called M&R for service, (Late on a Friday afternoon) . The person who took my call was very pleasant and knowledgeable (Trish). She said she would have someone call me back. Tony B called me right back and asked what was going on, when I explained the symptoms, he thought it might be my Nest thermostat that I had installed a few years ago. I told him I could replace it back to the original thermostat M&R installed 5 yrs ago. He told me to try it and call him back to let him know how it turned out and said they would send their tech out if I ran into problems, or if the fix didn't work. I replaced the Nest thermostat over the weekend and sure enough, it was the Nest giving me the problem. Furnace was immediately back to 100%!... My plan was to get the snow out my driveway monday morning and then call Tony to let him know how things turned out. When I checked my messages, Tony had already called me and left a message asking how things turned out . My opinion is this company is the Real Deal and NOT transactional. They have earned my respect and business. My suggestion to anyone who reads this is give M&R a call and continue to build a relationship with them because they really do care about their customers!!
