I've not filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General's Department of Justice Office of Consumer Protection online. I'll also be filing a complaint with the BBB against Walter's Auto Detailing. I only wish my wife had checked them out before wasting her money with these ripoff artists. Really, it had only been vacuumed occasionally since being bought 7 years ago. They were able to get out all the stains and pretty much all the dog hair. Even the dog hair that got under the back seat! They also scrubbed the plastic mats and washed and conditioned the hard surfaces throughout the interior. Red Rose also scores high for professional and prompt communication throughout the entire process. They were able to fit us in the next day and come to our home, which was very convenient! At one point, an afternoon t-storm broke out and they waited it out and continued working afterward. They will spend as much time as needed to get the job done the right way, and at a price that can't be beat. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Red Rose. You will not be disappointed.
