I had the problem of all problems in my van...my cat peed on the way home from the vet and it seeped out onto the back seats down through the buckles and into the trunk. Not only was it the most difficult situation to clean...if anyone knows about the smell of cat pee...it is awful and almost impossible to get rid of! I worked hard multiple times to clean it myself without success before finally deciding I needed to call in a professional. The first company I called promised they were able to go above and beyond to help me with the cat pee issue. However, they showed up with only spray foam cans and told me that was their only option, had nothing special that worked on cat pee and smells and they would "vacuum extra" in that area. I knew right away I had been putting in way more effort than that so I declined their service and felt disheartened about someone being able to really help me. Then Chris returned my call and I was hesitant about his promises to help me based on my recent experience. However, I was desperate not to be a pee mobile so I let him come out. Chris showed up with a positive attitude about resolving my problem, machines to do the job, special cleaner he had picked up specifically for my situation, an ozone machine to combat the smell and an extra option in case all of the above didn't work. I was impressed from the start but the proof is in the pudding. Chris got to work right away cleaning and at one point I look out and my entire back seat was sitting in the middle of the driveway and he was thoroughly cleaning every inch. He actually took the time to remove my seat to make sure he cleaned it thoroughly! I had asked the other company how thorough they could get into the tough spots and their answer was "we can lean the seat back some but can only get what we can reach". Chris just took it upon himself to take the whole thing out! Chris worked for several hours thoroughly cleaning every area where my cat had peed and where it may have dropped as I took her out of the van, ran his ozone machine and then left. I could tell upon initial inspection he had done an amazing job but the cleaner was still the most dominant smell. The real test would be in a few days when that had subsided, we had hot weather and any remaining cat pee scents were kicked up. I was cautiously optimistic. Then came the hot weather and no cat pee smell! Not even a hint! I was SO happy to have that resolved and I can't thank Chris enough. So that was a lot to say...Chris is incredibly nice, professional, thorough, prepared and goes above and beyond to ensure quality work. He is worth it!

Typically they would ask you what you would like and ask about any add ons that they offer. The add ons were not even requested to me and I felt like they were just ready to get to the next car. Also after this point you would get out of your car and they would take it from there. I got the top tier service they offered which I normally get. But this time was not the same. The made me drive my truck myself and then none of the little grit and dog hair was even touch. $50 car detail and it looked like I went through a Sheetz car wash. It worked perfectly for me because I was going to be in Durham for the day. The process from pulling in the parking lot to getting your car back once it's finished was absolutely seamless. Everyone was so nice and the process was quick. Since it was my first time there, the first attendant walked me through all the options, and there are a lot of them. Once you let them know what package you want and you pull up to the designated area, you're directed inside where you pay and there's a very comfortable waiting area. They also have a great selection of beverages and snacks. There are also several options of things to purchase for your car, like air fresheners, chargers, etc. It was a beautiful day out, so I decided to sit outside on the spacious patio with tables, chairs and other seating. At one point, there were 4 people working on my car once it came out of the washing tunnel, one inside each door. They got every nook and cranny in my car. Hand wiping and vacuuming, I was so impressed. They called me by my car when it was finished. I was fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, he took part in the awesome cleaning of my car himself. I initially came in to get water spots taken off my car witch was REAL BAD!! They all worked real hard getting my car done, basically working non stop for 2 hours.
