I was at this office for dark circles under my eyes and was assigned to not a doctor, but a doctors assistant named Chelsy Conrad. Everything was fine until I started asking follow up questions about my prescriptions. At which point she got frustrated and walked out of the office. Leaving me alone with no explanation. Even if you are the 1st patent for the day, they still can't see you on time!! They also didn't inform my my dad to adjust his blood thinning medication before having a procedure so he bleed for days!! Who does that?? I wasn't with him for that procedure, but took him for his follow up & I asked why they wouldn't have had him stop taking his blood thinners for the procedure in order to prevent the bleeding issue, their response was "we can note that in his file that you request that for future procedures" what?? How about being professional & instruct your patient that they should get the approval from their GP to temporarily stop taking blood thinners when having skin cancer removal surgery!! I came to this faculty to get treated for my dry skin. I was not satisfied with the service I received but the staff seemed as if they had a nasty ass attitude with me for no damn reason. Whats the issue? There was one girl who kept looking crazy at me and laughing at me as if she didn't have a brain. I believe her name started with a T or C based on what her coworkers were calling her (couldn't make out her name). Also, what was the kicker for me, was the fact that they were laughing at this elderly woman who stopped in. I watched this all happen while just in the WAITING ROOM. Like come on now? I hate doctors or physician's assistants that rush you through the appointment and really don't cater to your needs. What I loved about Kerry and Jen was that they allowed me to expound on some of the issues I've been having and gave me several choices of treatment and services. Plus, for my skin regimen and scripts they gave me coupons! Do you know how much i LOVE coupons? Well, a lot. So, when I headed to the pharmacia to get my scripts processed I was happy as a clam knowing that I was not getting screwed over on the prices. Hell, I spent less on all my cleanser, creams and such than I would at Sephora! The facilities were clean and modern. Hell, they were even playing Lady Gaga in the waiting room. Score! Well I haven't always had a good experience when bringing my step mom here, I was thinking about not brining her back. However this time we came into the office and got Britanny and she was very professional and accommodating. She answered all of our questions in detail with a smile and made us feel comfortable. On hold with them now (last 10 minutes) and "I am currently caller number 4". Called them 2x already and was promised a call back both times...that was a month+ ago...lol. Everything was good, an assembly line but went well. Then I get the bill. Padded it by $600 for "extra stitches". Funny he never mentioned it when I was getting it done. In and out in 2 hours. Only took 20 minutes to button me up. And yes staff had a bit of an attitude. The doctor called me back. Acknowledged something is awry. Billing would call me back Monday. We'll see. This review will change if remedied without a challenge. ***update 1/28/16*** ....back to me Monday. Its Thursday afternoon...got the call. His staff billing person just had to say "the doctor sooooo graaaaaciously has adjusted your bill for you". She just haaaaaad to give me an attitude. Busy day and no mood to bicker. Paid the bill. I would've went 3.5 stars (and more if not for the staff) after the doc straightened things out, Nice guy throughout process. This can likely be attributed to the mess our health care system is in and its chaotic billing process. I would thank ACA and B.H. They misdiagnosed after I even told them what my condition was. I had to contact the office manager to find out why the Physicians assistant came up with her diagnosis and why she recommended treatment that I had informed was already tried and unsuccessful. I was then scheduled to see the "head" doctor Bangesh and he was almost as uninformed. He performed an unnecessary biopsy to confirm that I was correct with what I told them. I now have a permanent scar due to his lack of knowledge or research. If you want to be told that you need overpriced meds and surgery to look better then this would be the place for you. If you actually have a medical condition, the staff here, including the doctor who runs the practice, are uneducated and only want to overcharge for their ignorance. They lack the medical knowledge to help with real conditions and are simply an overpriced spa. Not 1 review claims treatment of a condition, only an overpriced spa treatment. read more

I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Bangash, after finding out by another dermatologist that I had three areas of basal cell carcinoma that needed to be removed (one being on my eyebrow). Although they had their own surgeon on staff, I was uncomfortable that he had very little experience with Moh's surgery. After doing some research, I found Dr. Bangash...and I am so thankful! I was first comforted by his many, many years of experience with Moh's surgery, and then in his reassurance that he would be able to remove the basal cell on my eyebrow, in a manor that would help preserve as much of my eyebrow as possible...and that he did! I am so pleased with the outcome (being it's on my face), that I was not concerned in the least about the other two surgeries. In addition to Dr. Bangash's skilled, professional, patient demeanor, his assistants and staff are also a pleasure to work with. Everyone is friendly and helpful! If I wanted an appointment with the PA I would have made an appointment with the PA. When making the appointment for my daughter I specifically told the receptionist on the phone I wanted to see a DOCTOR not the PA she said it would be with Dr. Leone. Surprise Surprise when we show up it is the PA that sees her. I told the receptionist at the time of the appointment I was told we would be seeing a doctor and she said there wasn't one in. In 2009 I made an appointment to see the doctor and was seen by the PA without being informed this would be the case.... If you are looking for salon services, of course more finesse but no doctor. Cosmetic treatments, no insurance to deal with, straight cash for the practice. At that time I went for a laser treatment for a vascular lesion on my face. After the procedure I looked in the mirror and the esthetician had not done the spot that had been my issue to begin with. I pointed it out and she touched it up. Needless to say I did not go back. I still receive email from them so after 4 years I was lured in with a low price special for laser hair reduction. I was intimidated about having the bikini and under arm area done. I mean who wants a stranger in your personal space and from what I have read it feels like rubber bands being snapped on your skin. My esthetician was Jenn. She explained everything and made me very comfortable. Cold packs were applied to the areas to be treated and the discomfort was minimal during treatment. No discomfort at all after. I don't know how effective it will be in the end but the customer service was top notch. I scheduled an appointment for the dermatologist this time and was asked if i would be willing to see the PA-C this time instead of bait and switch. I just had the absolute best facial at Mohs with their esthetician Jenn. My skin is glowing and I've never felt better. I had the Silk Peel facial and she took her time getting my skin ready, did extractions (which I wanted her to do), gave a great massage and told me how I can keep my "glowing" look. Mohs dermatology made me feel like a number, not a patient. My orders were always wrong, they continued to mess up my treatment plan. When I'd try to call in it would take forever to get through. My son and I saw the doctor and he pushed my sons issue off to another doctor which I thought was ridiculous because I was told this guy was a great doctor. Then he removed two moles on my back and I have horrible scars from that. Also he had a horrible bedside manner. I went to Mohs thinking I was going to get help with my skin problems. Made an appointment and explained my reasons. I am suffering from adult acne, hair loss and I wanted them to look at some moles on my back. Waited for a month and a half to get in the office. After I gladly paid my co-payment, Jacob the PA-C saw me, look at my face for a second and left the room. Then I asked the girl named Michelle if he is coming back to check on the other issues and she said " the moles don't look cancerous to me plus he likes to focus on one issue at a time". I said " what "??????. Then she said when I go back he can check on those. I said that I am not going back there for nothing. I cannot believe that I was good enough to go and pay and did not get the service I paid for. I would think if you go to the doctor with several health concerns they should look at everything.
