First: I was told by the office manager that my crown could not be fixed in one visit because they would "lose money blocking three time slots other patients would be able have," since the timing was "unknown for my fix." Instead, I was told I would need two visits that could be scheduled weeks apart. That explanation felt inappropriate and not aligned with patient-centered care. On top of that, the email responses I received from the office manager, Beth, were rude, degrading, and unprofessional. This exchange was simply for requesting my dental records for my new dentist. Not the standard of professionalism I would expect in healthcare. Don't go here!!!! There are plenty other options in the area.

Yaya was particularly helpful with all of the paper work. BUT Lulu the dental assistant gets a HUGE shout out. She was not only warm and caring towards my son but she went out of her way to bring him a toy monster truck after he told her all about monster jam at his previous appointment. Spent a year working with me on options from my bite to cavities to finally figuring out my jaw is out of alignment and providing me with a temporary retainer until the permanent one comes in.
