Surprising how much more air comes through new screen. They all look and function very well. I also have an odd sized slider door that has not had a screen slider from the time I bought the home almost 6 years ago. Despite constant searching, I never found what would fit, even called a local company that did my garage screen units at my old home, and they failed to show for 2 years and many calls later. John took the measurements and provided a solid metal framed slider which now allows for more cross breeze on those windy days. Nice person, leaves no tell tail evidence of work behind. I had one vinyl window that was not closing properly and one where the crank was stripped. I contacted them, and explained the problem, sent some pictures and the chap showed up today, on time and repaired both windows in great time. He also gave me some good tips on how to open properly (yes there is a way), plus also on maintenance. Great customer service. If you have some vinyl windows and you are not ready to replace them, do check with these guys as they are very professional and understand windows very well. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Note: because they come from Port Hope, you may have to wait a few days until they have calls in your area.
