I had one vinyl window that was not closing properly and one where the crank was stripped. I contacted them, and explained the problem, sent some pictures and the chap showed up today, on time and repaired both windows in great time. He also gave me some good tips on how to open properly (yes there is a way), plus also on maintenance. Great customer service. If you have some vinyl windows and you are not ready to replace them, do check with these guys as they are very professional and understand windows very well.
