He told me 3 or 4 times that my boat was being worked on (I absolutely see no evidence that this was true) and then, even when he told me he would give me a call to give me an update - would not and did not. I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long. Just my opinion but an opinion based on my experience.

We have had nothing but issues with service and not getting our rig looked at for over a week in their possession until we call and after almost 2 weeks we still do not have status updates. Things were not addressed properly and getting feedback has been nonexistent. We have to fight to get answers for everything. So frustrating! I wouldn't buy a used bicycle from them. They sold me a 5th wheel camper and installed the hitch so far forward that it was impossible to maneuver it. I had no choice but trade it and take a massive loss on it . They will try to add on points to their loans and include options you didn't want. They can't service the number of campers they sell so warranty work can take months to get done.

We did…read morea quick search and saw that Scotty's RV had a recommend for finding and curing electrical gremlins. We turned around and got there right at closing time. Scotty and his team hooked us up to power and water and we just camped in their parking lot for the night. The next day, Mike started hunting down the gremlins. He really knows his stuff. They rebuilt the carburetor on the generator, reset the voltage meter and changed the control board on the refrigerator. (Yes, it was having MAJOR power surges and burning stuff up). Can't say enough about the quality of work and their hospitality! We were back on the road the next day.
