He told me 3 or 4 times that my boat was being worked on (I absolutely see no evidence that this was true) and then, even when he told me he would give me a call to give me an update - would not and did not. I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long. Just my opinion but an opinion based on my experience.

I was helped by Kathy who got the right part ordered. I spoke with the owner,Jody, and told him I could bring the boat in when the part arrived and they had time in their schedule to do it. Communication was good. The part came in. I arranged to get the boat in a few days later. It was done in 3 days time and at a reasonable price. I don't think you could ask for it to go more smoothly! When it was picked up the battery was dead and the tires were low. When I got it home and plugged a fuse got blown. A licensed Rv tech came out and found burnt wiring in the fuse box and the 50amp receptacle had a broken ground (see photo). When I turned the air on it began to smell hot and it was 100% non functioning, which must be replaced. This was supposed to be my full time residence, but now it is inhabitable until it can be repaired. I have made calls to Springdale RV and they have yet to call me back.

I've seen all the positive reviews online, so I tried to call them, to go to their website, and make a general inquiry, but they don't answer their phone, and their website seems to have been down since 2010. So, I drove in this morning on my way to work, and walked in. The place has the look of a run-down doctors office from the 80s. The lady behind the counter walks up and asks what I'm there for. I tell her I'm making a general inquiry about service on my Honda. She stares out the window, frowning, asking if it's for the Element outside, and when I say "yes", she just turns up her nose and says "we don't work on those." So, I said "okay, then" and just left. If you're going to say "HondaPro" on the door, and you don't work on all Hondas, maybe you should change the name. And make sure you answer your phone, return messages, and if you're not going to pay for your website domain or keep it updated, then take it off the door and off the websites. I really wanted HondaPro to be the place, but chat, this ain't it.

Get there 4/1 and find out the motorcycle sold on Saturday and then was told I would have needed 500 down to hold it. I was not informed of this on 3/28 which would have been pertinent information I think. Was excited to get to riding again. They'll need to be far more clear before I attempt to buy from them ever again.
